Goose Walthamstow in Waltham Forest

Lovely pub, staff are very knowable, and friendly, the beer is kept well.I had a pint of Proper Job, and it was very nice and priced very well.The food looked good, although I didn't have time to try it.I will definitely be using this pub again.Well worth a visit.

Nice clean establishment with a welcoming environment. Actually had the manager Rafal tend to us. He was funny and friendly definitely made us enjoy our time there. Couldn’t fault food or drinks at very good prices. Will be going back there soon!

I’m not in Walthamstow often but came into the goose for the first time in ages.Loved it!Had a real good mix of people and the young man who served me was really nice!My dad liked Guinness and my peroni was exactly what I needed after a long hot day.We didn’t eat but there were plenty of people eating which is usually a good sign.Will for sure be back next time I’m in the area.

Nice clean environment, available tables to sit down and have a drink, the staff were helpful and accommodating however half of the cocktail list wasn't available to order.

I and My friends Went to the goose on Easter Monday. The staff and The atmosphere into the pub was goodAnd the beer . We had steak and pine chips. But the pie was not very goodI had to say it was very poor FoodIt cost us 7 pounds each For that price it wasn't very good was hardly no meat into the pie. Anything was good was to chips and the beer. I would be back to try the other food and still have that niceItalian beer

Nice pub. Clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and efficient. I didn't give 5 star because of the atmosphere of the pub. Inside is very cold and there are to many TV screen around all the time with some sport on it. Not my cup of tea. But still a nice place :).

We called in here for dinner and a drink one evening during over stay in London and were very pleased with our choice. The quality of the food being delivered to tables around us and the variety in their menu made it difficult to make a choice . The offer of a beef burger was served with possibly the best chips I have ever had . My husband ordered a sampling of the appetisers and everything was served hot and delivered with a smile. Very nice place , great food , good prices and great meal deals . Lovely staff - Patryk , Natalia and Ilona - friendly , polite and professional .

My friends & I met for drinks, and later ordered food. Staff was friendly and we were served quickly. As a vegan, I was happy with the choice of meals available. We ordered sharers and the portions were good size. The atmosphere was nice, good music, so all around a good night! Also, good value for money.

Christmas 🎄 Catch UpSo we booked a little Christmas catch up for 15 people for Saturday 11th December. I booked online to reserve our able and book our food in advance. What was nice was that Emily also contacted me directly from the Goose just to ensure my food was ordered in advance and if I needed any more information on drinks packages etc.When we arrived we were greeted by Emily (nice touch) and shown to out pre prepared area which was lovely. The tables were set out with Christmas crackers and Santa 🎅 hats and the buffet table was ready with cutlery and sauces. They asked when we wanted the food to ensure it was cooked and brought out when we wanted it and the chief (a lovely Irish lady, didn't catch her name) even popped out to make sure all was OK. For the amount of food we ordered (the silver buffet Christmas package) it was cooked nicely and warm.All the staff were absolutely lovely and really attentive (again special shout out to Emily, also to Robert) When we brought large rounds they brought them over to the table and made sure all was well.Great experience, everyone loved it. We've been visiting the pub for years, especially over the festive period and it was definitely the best experience yet 😀
