In striving to make Heavenly Desserts a place where diners can have fun, they also offer a 3-step, create your own dessert option, which begins with choosing from nine delicious bases: American Waffle, Belgian Liege Waffle, Pancakes, Crepe, Cake Slices, Vanilla Cheesecake, Cookie Dough, Brownies, or a Croffle.After choosing your fave sauce, you then get to embellish your creation with a range of ten toppings, before finishing it off with silky smooth scoops of gelato.

Came here on pancake Day with the family although only the kids had pancakes lol . The atmosphere was lovely really nicely presented place. You will never see a menu like this in a desert place there was so much to chose from . And there was plenty to choose from on the drinks menu also !! I had the croffles which tasted amazing can't wait to visit again soon

Staff were non welcoming and said the kitchen was closed at 10.30pm. We came from Bakers arms were we could have gone to urban chocolatier but ended up going to the most reliable desert shop in E17 (Bru) which is still open while I am writing this review.

Certainly heavenly when your enjoying these deserts but feel down in the dumps after the sugar rush.

Very nice dessert, and managed to have one with less sugar: American waffle with strawberries and banana (no sauce or icecream)! So happy. Good social distancing

Been to a number of heavenly dessert branches. This one sticks out in terms of service. Really attentive but not intrusive. desserts were good overall. Croffles are highly recommended.My only area of feedback is, the menu is really cool but just so hard to navigate due to the size.

Can't fault the effort. Quite sly when not telling us on arrival that the oven was not working. We would of left then. We waited 10-15 minute's and were ready to order when some of our orders could not be done due apparatus not working. With a demanding pre-schooler, we could not leave. There were no other customers so this was even more calculated.However, staff were professional apart from that. It's just the lack of transparency and the waste of time.Nobody liked the desert's apart from the little one. But again, I can't fault the effort. High priced, but of course it's not cheap to run the place, including the overheads, so I don't want to say anything about the price.Rated low due to not telling us about the oven and thus wasting our time, causing us to have to order things we would not normally do.Communication and respect is key.

The service was good, friendly staff, Chai tea was too sweet and cold not Hot. Dessert was amazing. Nice place for families and friends.

Quite nice! Gelato, cookie dough and profiteroles all very tasty but the black current crumble seemed microwaved and the custard was had a big lump in it and a film at the top. The strawberry surprise, on the other hand, was very tasty and I found it very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend for a meetup with friends. They also have a vegan and gluten free menu and staff are very nice.Photos include Strawberry Surprise Sundae, Black Current Crumble and Dragon Well Tea.

Delicate delicious desserts. We went here on a very busy evening so getting a table was a challenge, but all the desserts were very nice and worth it. Would recommend if you’re in a mood for a treat.
