Cold donner kebab, cold chilli sauce and poor service

Food wasn’t great uncooked doner kebab tasted like rubber. Only good for the people who are drunk

Worse place, food is not nice,they charge me 50p extra for nothing, they don't take card payments. Won't ever go again

Quoted £5 for delivery on Just Eat, I live right by The Mount. I can get a delivery from Empire in North Chingford for £2. So that's what I'll do from now on.

Always arrives on time, great quality meat, good sized portions. And over all great service :)

Order thru Just Eat at 22:30(late hour). Delivery arrived on time, driver respect all my indication, food fresh, hot and well portioned. Thank you so much guys, big thumbs up.

Ordered two chicken shish. Chicken was burnt and not edible. Salad was doused in vinegar. Bread was burnt. Called up to complain and request refund. Was lied to over phone and told to request refund through just eat which not possible. £18 for what amounted to a rubbish meal that ended up in the bin.

Great little kebab shop!! Staff are great, very helpful, patient and kind. Food was absolutely great, even though I found it a little pricey for the area... but still kind of worth it!! Will definately come here again to try another dish.

Order came after 1hr5 Mins with a portion of chips, salads and sauces all missing. We called up to ask for them to bring the rest of our order and the man argued and said we didn’t ask for sauces we definitely did.. he then said it wasn’t written down. That’s not our fault.. the chips that did come where hardly cooked soggy and cold.We’re were told they would bring sauces and salad.. we had to eat it plain as it never arrived before the rest got cold.It is a shame as last time it was much better.

Used this kebab shop twice. First time, we were given a 45 minute wait time...our delivery arrived after an hour and a half. Today, we were told 50-60 mins...over an hour and a half later, our kebabs still haven’t arrived. The gentleman on the phone is clearly clueless. We won’t be paying and won’t be using this place again.
