Possibly the worst KFC known to mankind. I cannot even begin to explain just how bad my meal was....OK I can. The Zinger burger was stone cold, actual cold not even warm. The chips were soggy, flaccid and tasteless. The corn was mulch and just disgusting. The extra piece of chicken was enclosed in a skin so thick and nasty that I nearly gagged. The only item that fulfilled its obligation was the bottle of water. Never again.

Wanted to know why the small print said that they fries weren't vegetarian. It took several ways to ask to get an answer, multiple miscommunications to finally get our food. The vegan burger is great though, glad that they finally have something vegan at KFC.

I really don't understand how people can get orders so wrong. Most of my items were missing. Its not hard to pack what customers have ordered. 4 hungry adults and 4 hungry children having to share 2 meals. Numerous of times this happens only ever at Kfc or Mc ds. Read the screens properly or get another job if you can not do your job! 19 times calling the restaurant.. no answer. Why accept orders on Just Eat if its too much for you to get right. Fair enough Just Eat refund for missing items but as a business providing a service its only right you make your customers want to come back. Its rather embarrassing and appalling.

Never again disappointed and disgusted in how they treat returning customers even after being messed about multiple times yes I should of got the point and stopped going here ages ago but its only local one to me ! Spent 30 pound for the order to turn up missing over half of the items just for them to never answer their phones which isn't a new occurrence!! Dont go to this shamble of a business!!!! If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would absolutely amazed how shocking they run the place and are some how still open !

Ridiculous experience. Over 1 hour delivery and kept being delayed even more every 10 mins - and wouldn’t even answer their phones. Absolutely astonishing as disgusting service.

Ordered two meals with extras and got 40% of the items.ordered zinger meal with two hot wings side plus chicken piece with beans. Beans were stone Cold. Chips came half filled. Burger was a fillet burger with no salad or sauce. Chicken was a side breast not leg or thigh as I requested. Hot wings missing.Ordered second meal two piece chicken meal leg and thigh request. For small piece don’t know what it wasAnd a side breast again wrong piece. Chip half full again.Ordered extra fries didn’t come. Ordered extra hot wings one was just a bone the other was fine.Called them for four days no answer. Went to storeAnd rafi manager for todays shift didn’t care and saidTo look on Google for the number or email of their head office. He refused to accept their mistake or deal with it. Says ordered online not their problem.

Food lovely, but it's KFC so of course it's lovely.However they always seem to miss something from our takeaway order. The way they make you park the car then bring order to your car makes it difficult when there's a problem (which there always is) because the person who brought the order has gone, won't help when asked, then we have to go into the shop which is a hassle. We did drive thru for a reason. They don't answer the phone either.We will stick to our local Favorite Chicken in future. Staff a lot friendlier, seem to care, and in our experience they've not missed anything from our orders.

Often runs out of things. Clearly an issue with stock control. Also they forget straws, forks etc. Every visit so far they forgot something or ran out of something. A pain to use the drive through as it takes so long and you can hardly park to use the walk in. Food is standard fare but hardly fast food. Better off ordering online delivery.

Was in drive through for 30 mins, got to window ordered food and krushems. Was told I had to go inside to order krushems, when asked what the difference was she started laughing. When i said dont worry about it as in a drive through for a reason. The lady in the headscarf said do not complain please. Very strange thing to say. Will not be trying here again as they always have issues with staffing - run by immature people.

The food wasn't too hot, it tasted like it was waiting for some time, not as fresh as it should taste or look. Not much more I can say, it's as though kfc have lost their touch against smaller brands that are keeping a fresher taste.
