Absolutely rubbish customer service and poor communication. Booked and confirmed a reservation for 8:30PM on a Thursday night with them only to arrive and find them shut. I would give zero stars if I had the option to do so.

Shisha was good nothing specail. Went there after years. Got told cash only when i went to pay. Then next thing they pull out a card machine and guess what i paid by card. Dodgy in my opinion. Gone down hill since a few years ago. Wouldnt really visit again.

the name justifies this place 100%. the staff are completely lost and have no customer service skills or general manners, walked in at 11:00 pm was not greeted or seated by the staff had to find my own place, eventually a member of staff walked over and took our order which then took another 20 minutes to prepare, upon arrival of our food and and shisha, the order was incorrect so they then took another 20 minutes to correct the order at which point it was 11:45, half way through the meal we were told the restaurant closes at 12 and we have to leave. this made me furious as i was not made aware of closing hours. so i complained to the manager. I was still told to pay in full.i told the manager that with this level of customer service neither me or my friends will be returning to which he responded that is fine you do not have to come back and then laughed and walked away to the back. i would give zero stars if i could

Been coming here for many years, and it's always been a hit and miss. It's quite obvious the management has changed. Came for food and shisha few weeks ago and the shisha was actually decent as was the food, the music was horrible, very slow depressing Indian music did not suit a shisha vibe. I thought I would give it another try yesterday. The shisha was great again, no complaints, the music however was still sad depressing indian music, is there not a playlist?? It's no wonder why the lounge is super quiet with no customers, in the years I have come here its never been so dead! The food had 2 pieces of hair in it, the guy was apologetic and brought us a new meal (as you should) however would have appreciated a discount or free dessert as a goodwill gesture?? Customer service is lacking and it really shows...

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The food was rubbish. The rice was stale, the butter chicken had the tiniest pieces of chicken, it was mainly just sauce, service was terrible. The waitress was spilling sauce all over the place as she was bringing the food over, she didn't take down the orders correctly. The tables were greasy and the chairs were all stained. Food is overpriced. I ate there 3 years ago and back then it was worth 4-5 stars. I don't know what the hell happened to the place...

Very slow service, waited 20 mins to order our drinks and shisha.Shisha was rubbish to harsh didn't taste like purple rain at all. Never going back really disappointed.Out of 10 maybe 3 the dessert was really nice but not worth £75

Food was very much average taste wise but was presented nicely. What you see here is their chicken steak strips meal with masala chips swapped out for normal steak cut chips. Unfortunately, there was no lamb when I went so that was a shame. My friend had chicken steak with mushroom sauce and chips and that was again very middle of the road, needing salt to be added. That being said, they enjoyed it once it was added. The mocktails (candy crush and raging bull) were really good though.I'm guessing due to the gov eat out deal there were a lot more customers than the restaurant thought there might be and so there were limited staff. This meant orders for a lot of people took ages to arrive, a good 40 minutes after being taken by the wait staff. I was told by my friend who's been here before that the service time and food taste has been much better in previous occasions that they've dined here so that's something to consider. The wait staff were also very professional and friendly too. And my other was half price for two people so that was appreciated!

Lovely place, lovely food which is reasonably priced, the butter chicken is full of flavour, the biryani is nice and the chicken burger with the chips and salad always tastes great.Just the sheesha is a little over priced which is why I have given 4 stars

I enjoyed eating here. The ambience was really calm and subtle. Food was served quick and it was very delicious. I got the burger and it delivered great flavour and spice. The only downside is that I was unhappy with the salad. Could have been fresh and maybe more salad and coleslaw but that is a minor issue because everything else was on point. Portion of chips was generous as well. The mojito was great. The inside decor was nice and bright and is quite spacious. Overall I enjoyed Lost Asia and I am glad to go back again. I would recommend to try their burgers.

Went to Lost Asia with a group of friends on a busy Saturday night and I have to say it was one of the best dining and shisha experiences I have ever had. The food was amazing it was served on time. We also went to the Shisha lounge where the atmosphere is completely different to the restaurant it looked cosy and relaxing but spacious. Very good menu's and excellent drinks and moctails selection. The owner asked us if everything was made us feel very special. I travelled from Heathrow to go there and I was not disappointed so I will definitely go back there and recommend it 100%.
