Pizza E17 in Waltham Forest

Firstly, I'm only giving a star so I can leave a comment, you don't deserve any stars! I ordered a pizza at 00:00am I was told I'd have it in 40mins. An HOUR later I call back and I'm told to wait 15mins, 15mins later I call back and get fobbed off again andtold to wait 10mins! After nearly 2hrs of waiting my pizza arrives, stone cold!! My ice creams more or less completely melted?!!Now I've been ordering from you guys for just over a year, and every single order I've made there's been issues! Whether it's cold food, half cooked food, over charged food, long waiting times, rude staff, or wrong orders and I am fed up of it!!! I genuinely hoped you'd change because I liked your pizzas when they're cooked right but yoube got worser! I will never come back again! EVER!!!

Pizzas are bought from yard sale pizza n sell in slices at double the price. I caught it when I was in store as the lady with head cover unboxing them.

Ordered online, rang after 1 hour and said had not recieved the order, so ordered again and they said maybe there system is down. So i said ill order via the phonecall which he replied that the person who takes orders is not here for another hour 🙄🙄

Asked for large pizza and they deliberately upcharged to "super" size (despite physically pointing to it on the menu) which was not what was asked for. Asked for refund and was refused. Pizza was below standard and staff were extremely rude. Scam artists.

Delicious & great value for money. Regularly grab a two-fifty slice. It's like the New York dollar slice.Recently ordered pizza, rottisery chicken & roasted potatoes for the family. The food was hot, tasty and we all enjoyed it.

The food never came. When my friend called (who ordered it), the phone wouldn't connect, as if they'd taken it off the hook. When I managed to get through, the person I spoke to lied to me advising it would be in 5 minutes, absolutely awful service.

One star is even being generous, I ordered on the phone waited nearly 10minutes. Got the wrong order I called back and she had the audacity to lie saying the pepperoni was inside the cheese however I got tomatoes which I’m allergic to. The pizzas dough was chewy and they didn’t slice the pizza properly.

Undoubtedly the best pizza in this part of London at a great price.The pizza was piping hot, fresh, tasty and loaded with generous toppings and cheese. Amazingly crispy but soft, chewy and delicious crust. Milkshake pleasantly tasted better than many others. Upon asking I was informed that these guys use only gelato to make their shakes.I'll be going back again and again...

Rubbish service. Received a brochure/leaflet in post, so thought give it a try .Ordered on Friday and the pizza never came. Husband called back and complained. Received a call after three days by a member of staff to apologize and compensate a free pizza. Told to call back and order when ready. Called and informed the pizza will be delivered between 6.30-7 still no sign of pizza it's now 7.30pm. absolutely disgusted with the service. Can't be bothered calling them.
