Pizza Hut in Waltham Forest

Very poor service more than once. I gave them benefit of doubt because these places are always busy but the service standard is getting poorer and poor. I ordered pizza and drinks but didn't receive the full order as the kids drink were out of stock and was told they will process the refund within five days but nothing happened when I contacted the hut I am not getting proper response so I have raised the issue with Pizza Hut Customer care.

Yesterday,17.03.2022. I order a pizza,pepperoni feast. £ 5.00. To pick up.I am not sure,did they put 1dlc of olive oil as a topping. Never again. 👎👎👎

Absolute disaster! Never dealt with more incompetent and useless hospitality staff. 10 days ago called to order 2 pizzas and a side, shortly after the restaurant called to say they are out of Mozarella and Pepperoni and they said they will cancel my order (considering I ordered Pepperoni Feast and Loaded Margherita, fair enough) and will refund me. After 4 working days passed I haven't received my refund so I gave them a call and was told to call the following day. Called the next 2 days speaking to a manager and on both occasions was told I will be refunded which of course never happened. 27 quid is not a huge loss but it's disappointing such a huge brand is represented by the lot working at the walthamstow branch.

0 stars to be very honest!Ordered a Beyond Beef pizza , they sent me something else with 3 blend cheese which my kids cannot eat. I had to wait so long for someone to pick up the call. Finally someone picked up but she couldn't speak English well and rushed to end the call ,only to send the same 3 blend cheese pizza again. Not to mention this particular branch's pizza tastes very awful compared to any other PH I been to. By the looks of this PH's attitude towards customer service, I don't think they care about any reviews but customers need to stay away from this particular branch as I don't even think they know the original recipe!

Absolutely disappointed! Usually Pizza Hut is our go to!. But sadly the last time we had their pizzas were so disappointed I didn’t even take a photo, the pizzas tasted and looked like frozen pizzas that we had brought from the shop!. We have never had pizzas so awful from Pizza Hut!.So sadly our next order of pizza was from another pizza chain… not sure if we will return to Pizza Hut!. They are not cheap so I don’t want to waste out money!.

Terrible - BBQ pizza did not have any BBQ sauce on, they forgot our ice cream. When I called them up to fix this, I was told immediately a reorder would be sent out (great) an hour later no re-order, I call them again and the lady puts me on hold with no intention of reconnecting me. My partner calls again and requested a refund - we shall see what happens there. Once again terrible.

My pizza took more than an hour to come. Called the store and they said there was no drivers available, I asked if my pizza was going to be hot upon arrival and was guaranteed it was going to be the case. Unsurprisingly my pizza turned up cold as I suspected. The driver turned on my door step with a deliveroo box where the pizzas wouldn't even fit. I called the restaurant to get this issue resolved and asked for the manager. The manager, called Bashart, was extremely rude and very argumentative as if it was my fault the food is called, no customer service skills what so ever. Refused to re-do my order and told me to not touch the food as he was going to send the driver to come get it back to issue me a refund. I have been a loyal customer to this branch but I am never ordering from here ever again. It seems to me that it will be dominos from now on

we have had overall absolutely awful and disgusting experience from the place. Ordered through Pizza hut online and waited 2 hours for the pizza, arrived at substandard temperature, chicken & potato wedges side order was cold and rubbery. I don't expect to be served something to be similar to a pizza but was far from the pizza I've had before here. It was more like dry flat bread with cheese on top. Didn't even have crusts. Worst pizza ever and very disappointed. We ordered the 2 vegetable supreme - it is normally so good from the same branch but this is what we received.. When we ate the pizza the vegetables were still raw, there was nearly no cheese and the dough was cold and overcooked. Also I have ordered chicken supreme and vegetable supreme delivered instead. My son’s birthday was ruined and we were all upset and we were all so hungry because we received the pizza so lateAfter 45 minutes I have called the store and they have told me it will be delivered in 15minutes. Then after a longest ever 15 minutes wait I have called the store to find out and staff was unwilling to explain and would not confirm how long the pizza would be. So I have asked him to cancel the order and he turned extremely rude, I wasn’t expecting this type of customer service from Pizza Hut and never experienced it before from anywhere and I was astonished that came from a staff himself. I asked for his name for the reference and he refused to give me his name. Then he hang up the phone, I have repeatedly called them and no one answered the phone. Then I have ordered and received takeaway promptly from another fast-food chain as kids were all starving and we were left in the dark by Pizza hut.Then as I have mentioned above (after two hours wait), the delivery driver turned up and I have asked him what happed any why do we have to wait for this long. The driver decided to argue with me and raise his voice, he felt there was no blame on his side. He was disgustingly rude and went even extreme by using ‘F’ word while kids at present. He said all the customers he has saved for the last three hours were asking the same and he has nothing do with the delay and none of his business to explain as he is not from pizza hut and from Deliveroo. However, he was wearing Pizza hut jacket and moped has pizza hut box at the back. He was in a rush and said if you want to take the order take it or leave it and talk to the store. The drive was second to none from the store manager and blatantly making up stories in a very argumentative and rude manner.I have called the store today and they were completely unwilling to compensate for their mistake and the way they have handled the whole thing and tried to give an expression it as if it was my fault for choosing to order online as opposed to over the phone. To be honest this is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered in my life. If I could give them no stars I would straightaway or if I was a mystery shopper, I would have mark the store as inadequate in terms of quality, speed of service, customer service and communication skills. Both the manager and the delivery driver clearly lacks basic customer service and communication skills.this is shockingly bad for the highly reputable brand like pizza hut. On the other hand I will never use the same store in the future.
