The worst customer service ever. The man on the phone is so rude!!!! I will never order here again because of him!!

Very rude I called to order pizza and they’re really rude answering and while I was speaking the guy also was talkin to other ppl same time. And he’s answer was cash only and hang up 😡

Worse pizza place ever, last Wednesday they gave me a pizza the meat tasted off and smelled horrible. I called back and tried to explain but the guy was so rude and put the phone down on me hi is a illiterate and east man

We began using Pizza Tow during lock down for our Saturday movie nights and have been returning ever since. Food is delicious, very fairly price and brought to your door promptly and efficiently. The Sultan pizza and a portion of BBQ chicken wings are highly recommended!!!

Today, I ordered Pizza and Potato wedges at PizzaTow’s website. The wedge came burnt and pizza tasted stale. I did not enjoy my meal at all. The garlic bread was just OK. Rubbish telephone customer service, person who is taking order like, " F.... Y... ALL. I was sleeping why your calling me?" I gave them 5 star 1st, after few orders their attitudes and customer services gone worse and worse every time. So decided to change my Review.

This place gives you outstanding value for money. If you’re on a budget with a large group to feed, go to Pizza Tow and collect your order- the deals are on point. The guys behind the counter work hard and deserve to be supported by the local community.This is not a place for authentic Italian pizza but authentic east London pizza.

Disgusting pizza and cheaters.They sold me an old stale pizza after heating it for a bit in the oven I guess. Charged loads and pizzas were good for the bin. Chicken supreme was tasteless although this use to be best and Chicken tikka was tasting and smelling of raw spice. The dough was tough like old leather.This was surely the last time I was at this shop. Never again!!! Yukk!

Delivery came late but shop didnt acknowledge this. I was told 30-45 minutes but turned up 20 minutes late.Ordered a Barbecue pizza with barely any barbecue sauce or barbecue chicken.Ordered barbecue wings as they was out of hot wings.Upon arrival the barbecue wings had barely any barbecue sauce in them and was dry like the dessert.However, their Tow Special was very good.
