Restaurant Acasa in Waltham Forest

Ordered a take away! The food was awful... the sausages were so overcooked and nasty!

Been a Romanian myself I was not really impressed about the recipes. A bit flat. Cabagge rolls were not so bad.

I have a fantastic time at ACASĂ Restaurant . They give uș a very warm welcome. The food very good and Staff very friendly, approachable.The Singer Lady called Maria, she is Top class Lady. It’s was a pleasure to meet everybody. I met very nice Romanian’s people and became good friends.I am very looking forward to come Again. Thank you very much for a wonderful evening.My respect kind regards Elisa.

Tried 2 dishes which are truly representative for Romanian cuisine: “ciorba de burta” and “papanaș”. Both were below average in taste/quality, this one-off experience basically summarized what we were actually looking to find..

I want to say about this place, he’s most best food ever eat in Europa, of course Romania not included, I feel really like home and I was happy with the first bite of hot plater and secondly I was more happy when I eat Sarmale ; just a little but I was almost to cry. Thank you for your hospitality Ana-Maria the service was amazing and I really see how much u care about customers and I appreciate because you really care. About the Chef : “Jos Palaria” the food was amazing and please ask about Chef Marian. Thank you so much for your hospitality and people, I recommend to enjoy the Romania traditional food, just Amazing.

I've been there twice. I like their simple dish mamalygu su bryndza si smetana. It's very nicely arranged on the plate. It looks like snow. It's also very tasty. They have helpful staff.

This is probably one of the worst service I have seen. Went there early evening to eat and all fine. Asked the lady if she had tables available for the evening and was told yes, so I said I would be going and coming back within 30 minutes. When I came back I was sat at a table by the waitress and placed my drinks order. Not even 5 minutes after we had sat down the same lady who I had asked earlier about availability approached us saying I'm sorry but all our tables are reserved therefore we would need to leave. We said we had asked before coming back and her response was I didn't think you would be coming back. What a service...

Amazing family place. With nice atmosphere and food was very nice. My bf is not even Romanian but he really liked the food and tradition. Highly recommend and thumbs up guys 👍🏼

Who knows the Romanian cuisine is not necessary to stay and explain now.The food was ok and tasty.The girl who was in charge with serving was very honest regarding food quality and any other inquiries. We crossed London form Kensington just to have dinner and was deserved the effort

I am Romanian and I approve this restaurant!Great food, good price, even free live Romanian music on Saturday afternoon, which was a nice surprise.If you wanna try Romanian food, give this one a try, you won't be disappointed!
