I was very happy with my last order with Shish Mahal.I had issues with my food and after phoning they sorted everything out, which involved a gentleman named Miah making a second journey to my flat.Dealing with my issue was done in an apologetic and efficient way and showed outstanding hospitality skills, something that I think is missing from the industry these days.Of course all of this wouldn't mean much if the food wasn't great but it was perfect! All the dishes were spiced exactly as I'd requested, it wasn't oily and the ingredients tasted fresh.As someone who cooks a lot of Indian food and who has eaten them in their homeland I can confidently recommend the restaurant as superb.Thank you for sorting things out, you now have a loyal customer.Qaasim.

Fantastic little Indian restaurant where you can dine in or take away or even pick up your delivery. They make a lovely curry depending on what you like whether it's a korma or a vindaloo. I've been using them for over 15 years.

The food si kind a nice but quantity is very less but the price is high I ordered naan and lamb curry but in curry came very 6 small pieces of lamb

I Ordered Tandoori chicken and the chicken was very dry and burnt. No taste at all . I also ordered a Lamb briani which was accompanied by some sort of curry and the curry was stale. I phone the restaurant immediately and the call handler was very aggressive and rude. I was told to deal with Uber eats and not them. Very disappointed and highly not recommended at all !!!! Paid £30 worth of food which went to the bin.

Very swift delivery and the food was piping hot. The quality was excellent. The staff are incredibly fun and very polite. I will always recommend for others to try.

Delivery was on time and the portion sizes were very generous. We ordered the chicken and lamb biryani with bombay potatoes. It tasted good but a little plain for those who like their Indian meals spicy.

I would give 10 stars if I could to this lovely restaurant.Everytime I have ordered they have never failed to disappoint me. The food is absolutely incredible and has that pure Indian taste.The staff are very friendly and polite.Keep up the good work!!!
