Order the strawberry cheesecake gelato. Gorgeous. The ice cream is made on site Fresh. Good price and nice guy owner.

Not friendly service, they made my hot chocolate by warming it up in the microwave!!! Im sorry but i can do the same at home. The point in buying outside is because they are supposed to make it better then we can at home.It wasn't even hot enough.The shop could benefit from a little clean.

Great places Great service went with my family had a good time good ice cream. My kid loves it. I will take them back.

Best local dessert shop and trust me I’ve been to them all :-). The staff here are really friendly, the gelato and desserts are also extremely tasty and unique. Much better than the big chain stores which have been moving in

high expectations for this place but ended up highly disappointed. went there last night with my husband to try this place since there is 50% off and I felt very unsafe. tables were cleaned with minimum effort and only one girl was wearing a mask to be protected from coronavirus which I really appreaciate. Spoon was very dirty and asked for another one which came back dirty too so I ended up cleaning them with hand sanitiser! when I was at the till 2 members were arguing being very rude to each other which I found unprofessional. I ordered 2 sundaes and the glasses were dirty too with grey water. at these times being clean professional and nice should be a priority. sundaes tested nice but could not finish them because I felt uncomfortable and not clean.

This place has good desserts. Only been there once, but I would go back to try other things too. Good choice of drinks too. Only reason that makes me give it a 4 out of 5 stars is that the waiting time was a little too long for my liking. The shop wasn’t busy when I walked in too as it was near closing time.

First time to visit this place with my mum. We were craving some gelato so decided to try it out. Two young women were behind the counter, and they were pleasant and helpful. We asked for 2 menus, and sat inside one of the booths. When you order, you have to order and pay at the counter first, and when our order came, we were surprised at how large and pretty it looked. Both sundaes were very nice (I've posted a picture of them here). I got a 'Mad Waffle' one and my mum got a 'Tropical' one. However, the table we sat at was sticky, and the pages of one of the menus were sticky too. But I can see why this is a good place to hang out and enjoy lovely gelato, especially since it is open until 12am!

I came here on Saturday night. Ordered waffle for my daughter / wife, regular tropical smoothie for myself.The waffle was well presented and tasty, but my order was forgotten by mistake.I asked a female staff member when my smoothie would be made, she apologised and made a large smoothie for me and apologised.I thanked the young lady on way out, she was apologetic again, which was wonderful customer service.Highly recommend.

I visited sweet choice with my family and we ordered 2 Sundays and 3 waffles the staff were very hospitable and friendly, they welcomed us with smiles and provided colouring books for the kids entertainment.The menu had many extensive choices which left us overwhelmed with what to choose, however the staff were on hand to help. The staff provided us with tasters of all the Ice creams to aid us in choosing our toppings. I have a nut allergy and failed to mention this when ordering my bonoffee waffle (which was to die for) upon notifying the staff they were happy to make another without nuts, free of charge.Thank you to Steven and Bettina, who made it a wonderful experience for my family and I.Will definitely return again and recommend to everyone.Thanks you sweet choice😀
