They give me beef instead of oxtail and when I went back they insisted that it was oxtail but it's beef 🤮🤬🤬🤬

I think this business is struggling. They served me food that had gone off. I wasn’t angry. I just felt sorry for them. Stop serving expired food. If it doesn’t sell after a day throw it.

Trash attitude from the server and even worse food. Curry goat was dry, no sauce. Barely any meat, just potatoes and bones. Quite upset cus I just wanted some takeout to mark my birthday.

Coleslaw and dumplins were missing, when I rang the restaurant the manager Chloe was rude and said dumplins they ran out (what carribean runs out of dumplins? And why was I not called and informed so I can order something else like every other restaurant does?) And I was told the coleslaw was attached to the bag but I had only received one bag, she said to raise it with just eats but the coleslaw she will be proving to them that the Coleslaw left the store on cctv. Rice hasn't been put in a separate container they put rice at the bottom then the jerk chicken and sauce has been put on the rice same with the peppered stake. Extremely rude manager. Very unhappy customer won't be ordering from them again.In response to your very inaccurate comments, there was no abuse or threat made? If you have cctv you would know this, you say that you are unable to ring but every other restaurant does, and so do the drivers when they are outside?There was no bag attached, do you have cctv for the driver? At no stage was I offered another coleslaw, the member of staff I spoke to was rude and told me to request the refund through just eats and that she will be disputing this as she can see on cctv that it has left the shop..if you have cctv you would have heard this?Never have we ever left a plate of carribean food this was by far the worst we couldn't even eat it,it made us feel sick and we had to throw it away.The rice was soaked.Jerk chicken was pink inside and tasted like gone off roast chicken.Pepper stake came like stew beef.The mac and cheese was pasta tubes not macaroni and didn't taste nice at allThe salt fish fritter was rock solid like a brick. I had to request a refund and Just eats refunded me for the entire order.You should be reported to the Food Standards Agency!Very disappointing!

Food is spectacular, can’t complain how great! Just pop out from my local work and had stop! Dumplings are the 1! Keep it up

I received exceptional customer service when I visited yesterday. The gentleman took time to prepare my food. There was a food that I didn't know the name of and he took the time in explaining.In addition, the food was delicious! It was my first time there and i'll definitely be back despite living in Royal Docks!Thank you once again!

Really delicious food. And very reasonably priced. I got two meals out of my order. The plantain is cooked so wonderfully. I can't fault anything I tried. A bit slow to get the delivery out but that is my only criticism. Lovely on the phone and so nice they offer more than one option for vegans. I've uploaded some pics 😊.
