Turtle Bay in Waltham Forest

Really lovely experience! They had a trainee making contacts and she did an amazing job! Cocktails were lovely, great atmosphere, and food was perfect, all round great experience!

I was taken care off and drinks were flowing without stopping!!! Thank you Emily for looking after me!!! Very good service and good price for bottomless brunch!

First off, Leah who served us was great, she was welcoming, made sure we had a good time and was very helpful. We enjoyed the bottomless brunch, but wasn’t so keen on the food even though we upgraded the menu. However, the cocktails was amazing. I’ll defiantly be back to enjoy more cocktails.

A large restaurant with a vibrant and lively atmosphere serving delicious food and attractive cocktails. The service from Lucy and her colleague was warm and friendly.

I like the food - it's something different and quite tasty, though I might not visit this particular Turtle Bay branch again.If I was doing a review for Hannah - who was the lovely Turtle Bay team member assisting us this weekend, I would be giving 5+ stars. She was absolutely awesome - so calm, polite, professional and kept her cool under pressure. We were a large group of Brunchers so had many demands as a group. The restaurant was clearly understaffed and hadn't resourced up for the number of bookings they had, but Hannah did an excellent job at keeping everything going. Unfortunately, because we had a few issues, I can only give the venue 3 stars.Some of the other members of staff though - I am not sure hospitality is really their thing, as they were not very hospitable, and looked like they were allergic to a smile, or just general politeness.We went for brunch for my sister's 21st birthday - there were a lot of mix ups - they only took half the orders, then starters arrived after mains, half the table had finished their food when others had not received any food yet, and things were on the bill that weren't ordered / didn't arrive.Overall, an average experience, that would have been a very poor experience had it not been for Hannah.Thanks Hannah!Andri

Really good vegan options. I ordered tofu and left SO FULL. Kind service too. Waitress was friendly and professional, happy to give us advice on food, knew the menu well. Overall it was a great experience. I'll definitely come back :)

Went there for bottomless brunch and the drinks were AMAZING! They're entire cocktail menu is included which no other restaurants do.The only down side is that it takes about 15 minutes for each cocktail to arrive, so you might not get your moneys worth, they do however, allow you to make a last order 15 minutes before your slot is over.The food is okay. Turtle bay isn't known for great food, so my expectations weren't high. I would go there again

We stop for a 2-4-1 cocktail deal walking by. Well done. Cocktails are amazing and price is even better!!! We try some starter too and it was just an explosion of flavours, super. Some portion are a bit small portion (vegan one) . Ribs and prawns are a must try. Delicious!! Very good and friendly staff, extra helpful to deal with allergy issue. We will be back 100% anytime we can. This place has a good vibe, good food, good drinks, lots of light, colors and good music. We found more than what we could expext. Will be back for sure and will suggest to anyone in the area

Turtle Bay provides a chance to have good drinks and good food for a decent price. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Unfortunately when I went they some items on the menu where unavailable, which were the ones I wanted, so I went with the staff recommendation of the katsu Curry. It was good but not the curry goat I had wanted. The cocktails where stronger than other locations and not watered down. Overall you should definitely be going to turtle Bay Walthamstow for good food good drinks and good music.

The cocktail deals for turtle bay are amazing! However, I can’t give turtle bay five stars as the food didn’t meet my expectations. The flavouring of the jerk chicken was not right and as someone who cooks Caribbean food at home and visits other restaurants in London it does not compare - as it was bland. I tried the vegetarian dishes which were a lot more promising , some nice spices and flavours!The bottomless brunch is ok and a good deal but you can only order one drink at a time and it does take around 10-15minutes for them to prepare a drink, which left me without a drink for my meal. Also when we did arrive we had to wait over 15 minutes for our table because they were running late. I think it’s better to visit with friends and family :) !
