Lovely dining and friendly service, definitely recommend.

We tried this place for takeaway a couple of times when we first moved to St Albans and enjoyed. Then we progressively tried other places with mixed results. Returned to Zaffran One yesterday and now wondering why we ever went elsewhere. Truly excellent food, tasty, good prices and portion sizes. Above all the menu choice is great, particularly when accommodating non-meat eaters with excellent seafood and vegetarian options. Strongly recommended.

First time eating here for me and i will definitely be returning. Lovely intimate atmosphere and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The food was amazing, all 6 of our party agreed it was the best curry tgey could remember. Price was reasonable and all in all a really nice night out. Highly recommended.

Just ordered a meal from Zaffran. I have to say it was the best Indian meal I've had in a long time. Didn't really know who to choose. So i went with my decision based on the reviews. 4.9 - I thought i had to add to that with another 5* review. Well done guys, I'll definitely be calling you again. Very friendly and warm welcome. Food tastes really delicious and fresh. Very nice and clean environment with nice modern decor.proper place for fine dine. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEAbsolutely poor service and customer care . I ordered food for delivery yesterday night , it didn’t turn up for two hours , I had to go to restaurant , at this point they haven’t even made the food , I had to wait for 20 minutes on top of the two hours for the food to come ! There is usually a discount for collection so I asked them to apply it for my order , they said they can’t do it as I ordered it online , the guy who was at the front desk for rude and not helpful , they don’t know how to treat the customer well !I wouldn’t order from them again ...The food was not bad on the plus side ...
