Shocking display - they have a sign that says open but aren’t actually open… then start swearing when I ask for food. Pretty basic stuff. I’m a local and it was my first effort there. Defo won’t be trying it. Lost a potential regular guys 😔

Ordered (11/3/22) chicken curry, lamb curry, bombay potato curry and rice all of it was delicious. It arrived on time. So excellent service and excellent curry. Thank you.PS forgot to mention it was very reasonable too.

Ordered takeaway via their website. Really easy to use and faster than i expected, especially on a weekend night. Really tasty lamb jalfrezi, saag aloo, and really good naan. No regrets, and won't hesitate to order from them again, and all for an excellent price. Really satisfying!

Absolutely disgusting foot. Lamb taste like old meat ( hard to chowing almost brake my teeth) no taste at all. Meal full of coconut and blood In my meal . Chips .....Evan garlic bread wasn't tasted . Good luck in the future.

Food from Akash can be a little hit and miss. Tonight after waiting almost 2 hours for our order, they sent the wrong dish for me - Lamb, which I really don’t like instead of the chicken Passanda I ordered. The food was just luke warm. I called them and the replacement arrived quickly but was a weird anemic looking version of any Passanda I’ve ever had you can see the difference in the two supposedly identical sauces. The taste resembled condensed milk with a hint of the Passanda sauce. They tried to tell me it was the normal colour but the guy I spoke to obviously failed to remember I still had the original passanda and I’ve ordered this dish a few times from them and it’s NEVER been that sickly off white. The king prawn Butterfly at just under £5 was a dried out and burnt sorry looking thing (see photo) with absolutely no flavour. I tried a tiny piece the rest is now languishing in the bin with the replacement dish. I doubt we will order from Akash again.

Akash catered for our ladies curry night and it was brilliant! They gave us extra naans, sides and poppadoms for free! The curries were delicious, and the prices were very good. Service with a smile! We will definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

I really love the food, they have a nan bread with ground almonds that is just a tiny bit sweet but goes perfectly with any meal. The chicken is super tasty and the different curries and sauces are excellent! Great food and great price! 🤤

This had been one of the gems in Southfields. Sadly, the crown has slipped. What is usually fast delivery has now turned in to over an hour. The website promises 45 minutes and past experience is that it is much quicker. When phoning the person was curt and unhelpful. This is so sad

when looking at the reviews look at the "newest" not the "most relevant" as customers love to lie and write negative comments and like to promote their own business. This takeaway is amazing i always walk pass it on the way home. Good portion control and really tasty food. Great service and nice workers. Definitely recommend this to people.

Shockingly rude customer service, worst I have ever experienced. The person I spoke to on the phone hung up on me TWICE. The first time, as soon as i mentioned that it was about an UberEats order he just said "don't call about UberEats orders, just contact the app" and hung up. I called back because our order was delayed and we didn't just want to cancel it and get a refund via the app, we wanted our food! So we wanted to just check nicely what the delay was about and when we could expect it.The second time I called I opened with "please don't hang up on me again, we just want to check on our order because I can see the driver has been waiting over half an hour for it, I can give you the order number or my details-" and he interrupted me again and angrily shouted at me to call UberEats and hung up again. When we finally got the food it was decent, but nothing to write home about. The flavours were good but the lamb and chicken were tough and the chaat was plain. Maybe 2/5 for the food, 0/5 for the service, overall terrible experience!
