Amici in Wandsworth

Checked in, went out for food then came back to the bar. Only one girl running the bar and reception so people queuing to get a drink.I had three double vodkas and was told when ordering the last one that I couldn’t have anymore. I asked if they were closing and very very rudely told that I was drunk !!!! I was certainly far from drunk and other guests were shocked at what she said to me. I asked to speak to the manager but she was conveniently not available.I felt very embarrassed and insulted and will never stay there again

Always a good stay with Premier Inn. This is in the heart of London so do not expect lovely views from your window. But as always nice comfortable rooms. Staff were nice, friendly & helpful

One member of staff impressed myself and my brother staying today. Livia was absolutely fantastic!! She was truly amazing to help set up the extra bed. She was kind, helpful and she always listened and helped us to the best of her ability! I want to thank her for how kind she was, and she was quick!! 100% the best service I’ve had at a hotel from a staff member.

Hotel was ideally located as in middle of shopping area and parking in the NCP car park was easy and only cost £6.00 for 24hr parking if needed. Our room was clean and tidy but bathroom floor was very bumpy and spongy. Room was very quiet despite it overlooking the main shopping area. Our only reason we have given this review and low rating is because of the number of people staying in the hotel who did not wear face masks ! Staff was limited especially at breakfast time as some people were coming in to the breakfast area without being booked in and most not wearing masks! Several children were also running around not aware people were walking to their tables with hot food . When staff did appear some were not wearing masks including the chef and no badges worn to say they were exempt in wearing masks.With Covid figures rising to 189000+ we felt very uncomfortable walking around especially in the restaurant area as only a few people had masks. No wonder Covid is spreading 😡😡

We stayed one night after a rainy day in London. The room and bathroom were a good size and clean. There was a flat screen TV, tea and coffee and a hair dryer.The hotel is well located with a good range of shops and a cineworld.

First off we had the phone put down on us after ringing asking about interlocking rooms and told he couldn't promise it. Even when explaining we had never had issues before and we couldn't book otherwise as was a family of 3 children and 2 adults. Rang up booking and they said that the hotel should be able to reserve that if its available and to ask availability. We rang hotel back again to be told there was availability but someone could book it the night before, which would take preference over us having joined rooms.Pavel seemed like he had just got a issue to be fair and wasn't wanting to help even after us ringing back. We further rang booking again who could see why we wouldn't be able to book if it couldn't be verified we had interlocking rooms with the children and said they would speak with him. The lady came back with he is saying if someone books the room at the side he can't promise it even tho we are trying to book it so wouldn't be available 🤔. We have booked many times in Scotland with yourselves and never had this problem and whats the point advertising interlocking rooms if you can't confirm family's they will get one. Pavel seemed to not want to help in any way. Totally opposite to the normal service we have had with Premier in, let down

The chap at reception was very welcoming. I think his name was Ashley. Room was clean and tidy, great location for a project I was working on in Wandsworth. Would recommend this hotel. Parking was very reasonable. Location has plenty of places for dinner and drinks

I stayed her couple of weeks and the stuff was really helpful they all nice and kind making sure all of their customers get the best possible of everything definitely going back there! A big thank you for all the housekeepers they were always making sure our room is clean and we always have tea/milk etc. Thank you!

Lovely clean room well done to the hard working house keeping staff i do the same job so i know how hard they work. The assistant manager is Lovely and then Ashley was so helpful lovely guy, only thing i can moan about was the lady on reception took forever to find a room for us even though we'd booked but never mind thanks for help making my daughters wedding a great day 💗

What a fantastic experience, amazing staff always on hand to help anything I asked for was provided, the food was brilliant and really cheap drinks. The baloney was brilliant for having food and is open all night which is great for smokersThe hotel room was perfect had everything you would need for a nice stay including a hair dyer and decent towels. Will definitely be coming again as it was perfect
