Banyan on the Thames in Wandsworth

My friend celebrated her birthday here and the experience was superb. It made her very happy. the food was very tasty as well and the view is excellent especially on a sunny day.

Nice place right by the river. Food was excellent. I had the salmon with extra fresh veg instead of potatoes. My wife had two starters the calamari and prawns in garlic sauce, she said they were both excellent.Knocked one star off because it felt a bit bleak and empty due to lack of customers.Prices were very reasonable and the service was very good too.

I had such an amazing birthday party at banyan on thames restaurant. I couldnt have asked for a better location. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is so tasty. All my friends enjoyed themselves thoroughly. Can't wait to celebrate there again.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant, staff were very thoughtful and attentive. Had the pleasure of meeting owner and manager both very polite, helpful and well-mannered. I had sea bream dinner, cooked to perfection with a slightly sweet sauce. My mum had lamp chops she also said that was very nice...presentation was great, food was great, venue was great... would definitely recommend especially for a special event, you won't be disappointed.

Did afternoon tea with the girls. Food was nice and filling. Prosecco wine was nice, standard tea. We found the server quite funny with his bluntness lol. Decor was cute. Would go again as the overall experience was nice!

Excellent food, i take my lunch here regularly, good ambiance and polite service , quality of meat is top where else you get Wagyu burgers and steaks? Strongly recomanded .

Nice restaurant, right on the river. Food was nice and reasonably priced. A better selection of beer and ales, I would have given 5 stars.

What a scenic place beautiful terrace and garden lovely addition to Battersea specially on a sunny day you don’t feel you are in London although you are only one mile from Kings Road. What else someone need on a summer day in southwest location exquisite green garden. I had honey glazed Sea bream in dinner and was delicious really enjoyed it. Staying in the hotel and I preferred to eat in hotel restaurant. Staff is friendly and service is warm.Highly recommended.

Great location with Thames view and sunset scenery over the River. The food is very tasty with a good variety to cater for any preferences. Total bill will come as a pleasant surprise because the prices are very affordable. Highly recommend to stop for there for lunch, dinner or cocktails.
