Bunga Bunga in Wandsworth

I'm sorry I don't get the love of this place. The only thing I can assume is the bottomless alcohol means people are too inebriated to notice the worn down decor and overpriced drinks. Music was bad, DJ was worse. It was however not too crowded and the staff were friendly so not all bad. I know it's difficult with COVID but a few changes could significantly improve this place.

Abi and Rossi were the best hosts for my friend's birthday party. We had the private karaoke room and they were excellent. Tentative, brought great vibes and super friendly. Exactly what you would want, we felt like we were friends by the end of the night. Thank you again, big love! We'll be back soon ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

So expensive for what it is. Not enough staff so drinks were slow and the staff looked knackered/stressed. Only a few karaoke songs, not enough opportunity for people to get up. Wouldn't recommend, a karaoke room would be better if you're after karaoke!

From the get go, some of the security staff at Bunga Bunga created a hostile environment for the entire party of friends I visited with.The main person on the door was incredibly rude. and his behaviour upon arrival put a sour taste in all of our mouths.This is a shame because the experience that Bunga Bunga look provide is something completely different, fun and a good time.I think they should seriously reconsider their outsourced security team. My sister came to join me later on in the evening. She’s not from London and was staying with me that evening. I assumed her turning up 2 hours before closing time would be fine, especially considering we had a booking of 22 people that evening, spending over £1300 in total on dinner alone.The security staff told me there was no entry at this point. A decision that would have left my sister alone by herself in the middle of the night in an area she’s unfamiliar with. Considering she was also not drunk and therefore not at detriment to the staff or anyone else I found this absolutely appalling.I then spoke to a member of staff, Nathan, who was great and he immediately resolved the issue. I felt completely listened to and he appreciated the fact my sister would be a woman on her own in an unfamiliar place without being admitted entry.Would appreciate Bunga Bunga reconsider who they employ as security staff, with specific reference here to the individual on the door last night.

If Saint Lawrence was still alive an evening here would have sent him into cardiac arrest!!!Now I know we are spoilt for choice for restaurants in London in 2021. But my my my the experience I had here last weekend was SUB below par. Within 5 minutes of arriving the MC was on our table. Calling us out trying to drag us on the stage (Not cute babes).The drinks were mildly overpriced, however not dramatically considering the restaurant is on a back Street between Clapham and Chelsea.Think hen do's, stag's and trust fund babies who can't get into the club that's actually popping.The food is less then something to be desired and at £44pp, the tough white bread and deep fried Cosco starters were worse then having to take 10 Covid PCR tests simultaneously.When the pizzas came, they were dashed on the table (Jesus fix it). Some Amazonian Bunga Bunga song came on, the waitress Started blowing a whistles and setting of fire crackers. I turned around to see her co worker settings off snow bombs and another with a hand held fan attempting to choke you and your drinkAt one point in the night it got so much. We just left.

So the rumours were true……In the 15 years or so I lived in London I never managed to go to this place, despite some highly positive feedback from many karaoke crazed friends.So it was only after nearly 3 years away from the big smoke that I eventually got to set foot in its madness. And Christ was it worth the wait.Starting off Christmas the only way we know how, the food was plentiful for the fixed menu price, so much so we couldn’t finish it! But the best part had to be the boundless entertainment energy of Luigi and Donatella. To whip up a crowd and get them all going at just after 7pm when not many have even had a beer to give Dutch courage is quite the feat of social engineering! Never letting your foot off the gas all the way to midnight is even more of one.And as if that wasn’t enough then you’ve got Dj Spider dropping a masterclass in original mashups that kept the floor grooving til well in to the small hours. Bunga may only be a small gaff, but it has a big impact. Only thing I’d say is the stage area was a little bit crowded due to its small size, but when the entire room is singing back at you, it’s a minor point in what can only be described as a class act.Pizza, Beer and Karaoke. What’s not to love? Berlusconi would be proud to be associated with it…..

Genuinely the worst experience I've ever had in London. I have never felt more outrageously ripped off. The set menu is extraordinarily overpriced £44pp - it should have been £10. Sharing plates mean that there is no where near enough food to cover the table, and the food is so budget, 2 leafs of plain rocket each and pizza that is mainly bread with toppings all in the middle. The wine is awful. I was shocked when our bill came at £70 each.They add 10% service charge to drink orders at the bar without telling you and when I asked to take it off the staff were so incredibly rude and refused saying it was standard and they'd have to get the manager. Outrageous.The karaoke is awful, drunk bad singers screaming down the mike. It's so loud you can't hear the person next to you. No point going if you want to talk to anyone. It's 90% hen do's.I rarely leave reviews but I was so appalled by the blatant swindling I had to. I will tell everyone I know to avoid.

Bustling, noisy and fun. Young crowd. Staff, from the girls and boys on the doors to bar and servers are lovely. And the pizzas are great. Private rooms available with karaoke and photo booth. Highly recommend

Pizza making experience was great! We did not know what to expect at first, but it was so fun! The staff are so friendly and there is a great vibe. I could not believe how delicious the pizza turn up being!

The Italian food and karaoke bar here is a vibe! The Italian hosts were very funny, needed to down a couple of drinks to get in the mood to sing on the stage haha!
