Buona Sera in Wandsworth

My friend introduced me to this gem of an eatery. Simple menu, tough to decide what to have. Classic Italian, beautifully made, delicious taste; I could have eaten anything and been assured of great food. Was seated in the conservatory, cosy and quaint. Great experience from starters to my Limoncello afters!

The finest restaurant in south London.A big shout, and I may be biased, having been a customer for about 25 years- but I stand by it.The warmest service, the most wonderful food (calamari & meatballs has been the unflinching and unchanging choice since day one) in the bustling epicentre of Northcote Road.Restaurants, cafes, shops and all manner of retail come and go, but Buonasera remains the shining star of consistently reassuring hospitality.My daughters have been from pram to teenage angst, and still love it.Don’t go changing, Buonasera. My friends and I had an absolute fantastic time here on Saturday night! It was great food, great service and a lovely vibrant atmosphere. Nico was our waiter and he lovely, polite and his service was great! The cherry on top was Luigi! He was funny, made great conversation and went that little extra mile for us!! Would definitely return again, and recommend this place to anyone wanting some great Italian food!!

Pizzas are amazing here, equally the chocolate pudding dessert. Staff are italian, very polite and friendly. Love this place

This restaurant has the best Italian food in the whole area. The pizza they serve is not too greasy, and it has a thin crispy base. The pasta tastes brilliant and it can remove any worry from your body.The staff are kind and professional, I love eating out here with friends and family and judging by what they say, I think they do too.

Very nice, big open with different seating areas, the menu was basic and no nonsense, it catered for the whole family. It also had a welcoming energy that made you feel at home and relaxed.However the seats were slightly worn out and I had to change mine to a more stable one.When the food arrived the garlic bread was very nice, it reminded me of Persian bread, on the other hand make sure you order few different the main dishes because they do tiny portions, and compared to other places, thé pana cota was not nice.But I 💯 recommend it for atmosphere and large group gatherings.

Absolutely phenomenal service last night at Buonasera - not to even mention how tasty the food was! Me and a few friends spontaneously came here and they couldn’t have been any more accommodating if they tried. Nico, our waiter, was very sweet, charming and didn’t forget any of our requirements (we had a few to say the least 🤦🏼‍♂️)The manager even introduced himself to us and made sure that we was having a great time and was very helpful in paring our wines with our dishes. My favourite is in my photos, must try.I wish that I had more images of the food, but there is some photos of the delicious desserts that we ordered including the cheesecake which was LUSH 😍Couldn’t recommend enough!

Food was very tasty and came out quickly. Good value for money.Lost a star because it took 3 attempts to get some water and was charged both a cover and service charge.That being said I will be returning there soon.

What can I say about this restaurant? One of my favs in Clapham, the food is amazing and the staff 5*. Last week I celebrated my birthday there and I couldn't be more happy, the staff was so helpful and friendly, my family also complimented the food a lot. Unfortunately I didn't had the chance to take a picture but the staff surprised me with a wonderful "birthday" cake piece and a few welcome drinks, even when they didn't have too which was so lovely!! I'm really happy with the experience and we are definitely coming back!!!
