Burger King in Wandsworth

Fast service and food was fine but the store looks very dirty.

This burger king in balham is so underrated the staff are just the best lovely manager they are so clean and wonderful delegation thanks again guys for such a lovely experience and being well with all of your customers stay blessed guys

Although the staff member knew we were dining in as we had already had to ask her to clean the table for us she still served us with takeaway bags and we had to ask her for trays.she didn't look like she enjoyed working there.

I had food delivered to my house, and it was absolutely horrible. The meat was burnt, I had the Angus steakhouse burger and I couldn’t even eat it because of the bitter burnt taste it had, worst burger in my life and this took me a lot of courage to write, i loved Burger King and this burger really made me rethink my love for Burger King. Never again.

On Monday 20th December around 14:30 I ordered through the drivethur two chicken royal meals and a bacon double cheese burger. The service was really slow and when I finally got the order one of the chicken royals had bacon in it which was discovered when my Muslim family member bit into her chicken royal. I went up to the window and said this chicken royal has bacon in it when does a chicken royal have bacon my family member has just eaten bacon and she doesn't eat bacon because she is Muslim the two staff a somali guy and a Indian guy laughed and said yes we don't each pork oh sorry about that and gave me another one. I found this very rude to laugh and really poor service to put bacon in a sandwich that was not asked for.

Visited drive through this evening at 7.19pm, extremely poor service, wanted me to tap to pay without seeing the total, said the total is on the receipt so I don't need to see, then said only been here three years, not sure what that meant. Three cars and a van drove off without being served. Won't return here again if I can help it! Placing the order was seriously difficult, training definitely needed on good customer service!

Three stars just because of the location and drive thru. The place itself is slow and messy. Burger King CEO please find new management

Delicious as always. Really enjoy a medium rare burger so much more flavour. Probably my favourite burger chain out there!

Bought my vege burger waited long as they were filling orders for delivery got home excited to have my food the chips were still piping hot but the burger was cold. I rang the branch and they made me another burger . Lucky I live local I enjoyed my hot freshly made burger.

Love Burger King but it was a real let down when we were there today. The buns were dry & crumbled into tiny pieces after the first bite. The burgers were dry as well & not up to the usual standard. Tasteless. Very disappointed & waited a long time to be served.
