Great pub! Often very busy with sports fans and music a little too loud - but ales on offer are good and the service is friendly.

Overpriced and only average food quality, £49.00 for 2 fish and chips, one pint of beer and a glass of house wine. We won't be having our school reunion there again. Its a young yuppy pub. We were moved there times in the pub and told we were in the way, we had between 12 and 15 people there so quite a large amount of money was being spent by our group, I actually spent over £110 in the pub. My advise,Go somewhere else where your custom will appreciated.

Great pub, staff were nice and friendly. Good vibes, nice lil fireplace and the outside seating was great with lots of heaters..

Super large outdoor area (with heaters) and with large movable roof - very busy but got served quickly - was with friends from Iceland and they were very impressed with staff taking orders at the table - they were staying at a local hotel only a few feet from the Pub and I know we will be back again - thanks for the reply .

I used to go for Sunday lunch here all the time (few years ago) and decided to go back for good old times. Not sure if they have changed management (now a youngs pub?) as the decor was different but the roast beef was incredibly disappointing. It was bland, chewy and cold. When i asked for more horseradish, it took a really long time and the waitress told me it was because she had to run to the shop?! Very sad as their old roasts were fabulous.

Haven't been to this pub in over 10 years. Nice to see its still there, its comfy indoors and has loads of tables outside. I must say has to be the best vodka soda and lime I've had in a while. No skimping on the lime

Very nice restaurant with a wonderful cozy atmosphere for lunch or a relaxing evening ... affordable prices. A kind man served me with a wide smile :). I recommend

I have been in this pub several time, I had lovely time every single time, maybe because we had just drinks.. We have decided to go and get a Sunday roast with my in-laws. I must say, it was the worst Sunday Roast I have ever tasted in my life! The chicken was not cooked there was still blood coming out of the meat, everything was tasteless, and definitely not fresh. On the Instagram the food is always nice and tasty, but reality is very far from it. The staff was not helpful and welcoming at all, what was a surprise because during the week the team was always lovely to us. Definitely not going there again on the weekends!

Great atmosphere , good service and some good options in food. I was a bit disappointed though about finding half the options that I saw on the website. The wild mushrooms and pesto toast was, however, gorgeous. The apple and parnips wasn't good but my friend wasn't charged and you could get an option. Some good wines are available as well.

A great pub with great staff. Very laid back with a quite diverse clientele. Appears slightly chaotic, this adds to the appeal. Great looking outside area, bet its full in the warm weather (not today). A good spot to meet or just to spend an hour or two.
