Lovely furnishing, great service and cheerful patrons. The pub is also in a very well connected spot with plenty of buses stopping a few steps away which is always a plus.

Great disappointment. Having heard very good comments about their Sunday roast we decided to give it try. Food is overpriced, the gravy is nothing but a bland runny juice and the potatoes were definitely overcooked and tasteless. Also, be aware that as read from their website dogs are allowed and that's and statement, expect yourself to be sourranded by dogs. Definitely not the right place for a person with allergies, as in this pub dogs come first. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and attentive.

It was nothing to write home about I am afraid. Really disappointing. Not sure if the chef was having a bad day but potatoes were burnt couldnāt find the carrot on my plate because it came like a purĆ©e, gravy was just watered down.. if that was home made gravy then maybe you should use the one from the jar(bisto gravy). I would like to say sorry to the latchmere pub for turning away after two visit all for wanting to try something different. And whatās with the dog friendly in a place where humans eat, god sake they are animals. Some of us have allergies. The one star was for the manager.

Amazing food and professional staff! We booked Dukeās private room to celebrate my sonās bday. All our guests said the food was delicious. Nelson and Jennifer - who looked after us on the day- did a great job during what it was a very busy day for the pub (bonfire night). Highly recommended.

This tiny sausage roll and small pot of chips cost about £10. "made on the premises" was the reason given. That used to be how we kept meals cheaper when I worked in a kitchen. Fewer intermediaries taking a cut. Meat was solid, pastry was limp. I was made to feel like I was being totally unreasonable and that no one had ever mentioned the value for money.Did I mention how tiny it was?Two stars because at least they refunded me for it. Really disappointing and makes lunch stressful not relaxing.

DISCLAIMER: we are not British, we are one Italian and one French woman and we donāt do āpoliteā - we are always honest and we also know our food!!So....Itās been a long time since we were able to enjoy brunch with our friends and I was so glad to come across this beautiful pub in Battersea, on my way to meet up with my friend. They took our booking over the phone straight away and they even accommodated our request to swap tables once we realised our table was not in the sun - nobody does that so thatās a lovely touch. We had amazing Bloody Marys and the food Lorenzo, a chef from Olbia Sardinia, made us was truly to die for. Such a creative, intelligent take on the usual British brunch menu. Lorenzo was kind enough to come out to say hi to us and explain what his plans for the future were in terms of menu: people, brace yourselves for tiramisu sticky pudding because we are already booked in!Nelson who brought us drinks was absolutely lovely and all staff made us feel like home. I canāt wait to be back again to try the Sunday roast and the other wonderful things on the menu.

Great place. Love the high ceilings and beautiful modern decor. Family friendly. Even though it was our first time there, got a lovely friendly welcome from the staff. All around great people. Prices are touch in the high side but quality of food, speed of service is just brilliant. So itās was well worth it!
