Taste is good. They have rised prices and only take cash. Also, the restaurant doesn't have any sitting place even though there is plenty of space inside, and I have to eat my burgers in the rain and cold in the bus stop bench around the corner.

The best chicken wings you can buy anywhere. Flavoursome but not too hot like some places. Wings are larger than usual but have a sensual crunchiness to them. Hahaha don’t laugh. It’s true. NOT FULL OF OIL as in some places. I order using app, then walk in and collect. Try them! You will be amazed. For some reason they only accept cash. So go prepared. Why? I have no idea, hence I order online and pick up later.

Made a home delivery. Last time, their food was good and everything was there. This time - delivery items were missing and also I ordered two donuts that were ROCK HARD and burnt from the inside. Was this done deliberately?You take a customers money and not render to them the products that they paid for, which is basically theft in my eyes. It is not even about money, but the disappointment felt by the customer. As someone who deals with customers on a regular basis, I would be ashamed to give such poor level of customer service.Edit: I woke up the next morning with a sore throat and feeling ill. I have been ordering from take out places for years and this seldom happens. I am not alleging the food was tampered with, but this is highly suspicious. I will never be giving this restaurant my business ever again and be telling all my associates to stay away.

Awful! I ordered through Uber Eats and they gave me the wrong order! I order the 6 wings and they gave me a chicken burger. Even the receipt I got on the bag was wrong! I tried calling them multiple times about it to get a refund and a replacement, but no one was available apparently and when I did get someone to pick up, they hung up mere seconds later. I'll never be ordering from here again. Sure, me alone isn't going to affect them, but I don't care. Waste of time. At least I got the refund from Uber Eats. So I got a free meal at their expense!

I have been in this shop twice and in each opportunity the service had been considerably poor. The first time the chips were cold, old and flavourless.The second time I mentioned this to the shopkeeper and she didn't care about it she didn't even offer an apology, but that was not the only thing that was wrong, this time the chips were not only cold and old, but the flavour was like rancid oil, the consistency was like chawing gum, not salt or mayonnaise was provided, a total waste of money.I won't recommend this shop to anyone, in fact, from the customer service to the quality of the food I'll them a big fat zero...

Tasty and good value. I ordered the chicken fillet stacker burger meal at a cost of £4.99. Burger was fresh, warm, and had a huge fillet! Not too greasy either. Chips were also great. Warm with a nice crunch, nicely seasoned with salt, but not too much. Large portion. Great selection of drinks too, about 15 to choose from!My only complaint is that the menu was quite confusing. Since the photo showed the meal included a burger, chips, coleslaw and drink. But this was not the case.It was EITHER a drink OR coleslaw. But not both, unless you pay extra cost. For that reason I am removing one star. Apart from that my experience was great!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honestly the quality of the food has gone really bad ever since a year ago. The burgers are really salty and taste like onions, the fries are quite soggy. The wings are so crispy to the point you can barely eat it. Sometimes they’ll give you yesterdays food. They’ll just heat it up. My last straw was when I ordered my burger meal from here I had food poisoning. I’d avoid this place. The only reason I’m giving it a 2 star is because the people that work here are quite nice. The food though, not so much..
