I visited Firefly for food looking for good Thai in the area. Unfortunately it did not live up to the expectations. The starter was all ready fried food and seemed overpriced for what it was, and main main soup course was OK but not spicy at all (contrary to what was indicated on the menu). It could be I was just unlucky that day and would consider trying it again but I definitely did not have best experience.

Favourite place to go for dinner in Balham - it has a nice relaxed atmosphere and friendly service, great for a date night or a catch up with a friend. The king prawn pad Thai is so good and such a good portion size!

My personal favourite is the battered fish curry (number 19). It is the bomb! The cocktails are also delicious. I'll definitely be going back for a third time

Best pad Thai I’ve had outside of Thailand, very polite helpful staff and an excellent variety of beer and food. Highly recommend.

Ordered a veggie dish, was served chicken, which we found out because our veggie accidentally ate some. Sent it back and had to ask a manager to get the meal comped after being charged for it. Told the waitress we didnt want to pay service and she kept sarcastically telling us how kind we were whilst we paid. She threw the card machine across the table for us to pay. Food was fine but the service from that waitress was disgusting and we wont be coming back.

Excellent cocktails and a great selection of draught beer. The music was jazzy and interesting so no complaints from me! The Thai menu looks quite attractive too - better than the usual pub menu. Highly recommended.

This place has some delicious and authentic Thai food. The person who I was with is born and raised in Thailand and can verify this... as I wouldn't have know any better! Great beer selection and chilled atmosphere too!

This is one of my favourite restaurant.The food here is incredible! No 42 is my favourite seafood noodle dish. The red thai curries are a great choice as well.The service sometimes isn’t good but the food makes up for it :)I recommend prawn dumplings and duck spring rolls for starter.I don’t drink beer, but they have a big selection of craft beer as well

Fabulous service, wonderful drinks and such a good vibe to be able to watch the football and start our friends birthday evening off! The place had a nice buzz, and the food was moreish and rather clean! The prices are so brilliant especially if you're all looking to have a load of starters to share and mains.
