Firezza Battersea in Wandsworth

Super pizza, always delivered on time. Nice and authetic as well. Just reading the other reviews. I just book online direct with Firezza, and dont waste time with those vampire delivery apps who tend to deliver your food late/ cold/ never.I assume Firezza they have their own drivers so it arrives warm/freshly made.

Delivered late, items not packed hygienically and, unsurprisingly, cold.

Ordered through deliveroo and it took over 1.5 hours to arrive even though I only live 5 mins from the restaurant. The food quality wasn't worth it when it finally arrived, everything was nearly cold, barely any toppings on the pizza (some were actually missing).The pizza sizing is also misleading. The pizzas are thin rectangles in shape rather than circles, so the pizza size in inches refers to the length of the long rectangle side and so it is smaller than a normal round pizza.The arancini looked like someone had already started eating it - it arrived completely dismantled rather in a usual complete ball.Mozzarella sticks were not melted inside.Would not recommend

We order excellent pizza every Saturday evening ... we are regular customers and will continue to be so.but the hot peroni is not possible ....you offended Italy ....I say put the beers in the fridge.I ordered at 730pm so I assume they were loaded in the fridge before busy

The delivery is terrible. Takes more than 2 hours to deliver 2 pizzas. Unbelievable!

Really great pizza and a great varied menu in general. Staff really friendly and also manager there swift to put right an issue with my order in a timely manner. Cant say fairer than that!

Waiting for over an hour for the pizza. The tracking shows pizza will be delivered at 12 26 am but it's 1 05 right now and the pizza is still being prepared. Tried calling 10 times but no response. Worst customer service!Edit: it's the day after and pizza never arrived

Communication is poor, cannot make a phone call for delivery as no one bothers to pick up the line. Very stingy on their topping portion. Apart from that not bad

I discovered Firezza many many years ago when it had only just opened on lavender hill. Last night I was pleasantly surprised that the pizza was still as good as the first night I experienced it. You simply can’t beat a proper Italian pizza with the right amount of toppings and cooked to perfection in the wood fired pizza oven.Highly recommended

Pizza is nearly an hour getting here. Said on online order <30mins. Rang up after 45 and the attitude on the guy, couldn't give a toss. Told me the driver is 4 mins away, nope. Really don't want to call back because really who needs the grief over a bloomin' pizza. Just hope it's not cold when it gets here. Time to find somewhere else to order pizza from I think. Terrible service. *UPDATE Pizza has arrived and it is cold! So annoyed.
