This is the only place we eat burgers in London, don't bother anywhere else! Putney is the best, staff is super friendly, fun atmosphere and the owner knows how to look after his customers. Today I had the Mighty, a, true double burger challenge, not for the faint of heart!!

Really disappointed. They won't deliver, if you order one of their gluten-free burgers. You can have everything else delivered but if you want something gluten-free you have to go to store to collect. Utter Madness.

Delicious burgers 🍔! I was surprised as how fast they were to bring out our food since we were a big party of 9 and the place was busy, but everything was perfect. I have to recommend The Mighty with skinny fries 😋 we’ll be back before we go back home! I’d like to shout out a special thanks to our littleWaitress but I forgot her name 😅

We don’t have this franchises in the USA. I absolutely loved it! I had a burger with peanut butter and cranberry sauce or something weird but it was DELICIOUS! Will be coming back before we go back home! And excellent service! The servers were real nice and friendly.

Great service and quality burgers! My daughter loves the skinny fries and the milkshakes. I love the different gourmet burgers they have.

I was there in the weekend with some friends and the food was literally so good and the staff were so nice to us, we enjoyed it very much.

Sent chunky fries instead of skinny fries as ordered, food was cold, rang six times and they didn’t answer. I went in store just now to speak about it and was told you made the order late in the evening (over an hour before closing) so we just ran out.Said the phones not working so they can’t make or receive calls, didn’t seem that bothered about it. Didn’t seem in any hurry to get the phone issue sorted or resolve the issue.Poor customer service. Good job five guys is open across the street. I gave them a chance to rectify the issues before leaving a review, but left feeling like they didn’t care at all.

Good restaurant chain hidden from the main road, food is good here and the staff were really nice. They take covid measures seriously too and you can order from your table without contact to the staff. Our milkshakes were not filled, they came as seen in the photo.. the felafel starter didn’t taste good, tasteless and oily. Burgers are really good though.

When we went although the service was good, they had run out of onion rings and sweet potato fries. Also compared to pieces like five guys the food isn't as tasty. But the mill shakes are really good. One of the best places for milk shakes
