Kfc in Wandsworth

Excellent value, mighty bucket for one meal deal and ambience.

Service was slow but the food was tasty, I ate the daredevil bites and it was really spicy…would definitely buy this again.

I am a kfc app user since very long ago. I always get a student offer with any purchase through the coronel app, with no issue.This time, here, there was this boy who seemed friendly talking. I had a free snack available in my app too. I ordered an offer meal with the app, and the guy told me I cannot possibly get anything else not even the student offer or the free snack which I earned through points via the app. "Only one offer at a time", he said to me rudely. I have done this exact purchase a million times before with the app in other branches, and even in this branch with other staff members! What I do is not considered using two offers at a time, it is a right I have being a student and having earned a free snack! Why didn't anyone else ever rejected it?Okay, so after that, I didn't say anything to the guy, and paid for my meal without complaining at all. Even then, he gave me ridiculously small amount of fries with the meal on purpose. Can someone please explain to this guy how the app works? Is he the owner of this branch and wanted to save his food declining me my right?!

Shocking, worst KFC ever. Was going for a cheat meal and this is what I saw.

Nice chicken but sadly they got the order wrong AGAIN and I found out at home that they have given me a crispy strip instead of a chicken thigh that I ordered and paid for.How hard can it be to get an order right once in a while☹

Absolutely disgusting, arrived 62 mins late, chicken and fries were cold and looked as if the had been reheated already. I’ll never use KFC again as when calling to discuss, the only response was to come and collect which defeated the object of a delivery service.

This KFC has atrocious customer service, I do not see why this shop is still open, they only have one person who takes orders which is completely ridiculous & suggest they do close down due to the terrible hygiene, I've gone to this kfc numerous times & it looks completely trampy boxes are just left around & not a single worker comes to even clean the tables, I strongly advice anyone NOT to go here due to the fact you'll also see flies flying around & will be waiting for a long time for your food to be given

Incredibly slow service dining area filthy. Hole in wall in dining area. Don't go here

Horrible service, the burger already had a BITE taken out of it!! I ordered zinger box meal however did not receive the hot wings or coleslaw.
