Mcdonald's Restaurants in Wandsworth

Drive thru order taken problem free. Swiped mobile phone 3 times to pay, didn't work so had to rummage for debit card, accepted. Fries super hot without a grain of salt in sight, awful! No napkins and the milk shake (just watery regular milk) barely had any Vanilla just a sickly medicated taste. Sort out the cooks back there!! Never again.

Great McDonald's, food i always piping hot and freshly cooked. Great customer service from the whole team. When paying and collecting with a mobile order, they had our food ready almost instantly. Good parking and allowance to stay for up to 90 mins. Restaurant was very clean and tidy and staff instantly clean up once you leave.

Booked three rooms for a short business stay.The rooms on the third floor had the most disgusting smell ever.(It was like sewage) had to ask for room changes which they were happy to do.The rooms could do with being updating however, at approx £120 per room, per night and the hotels location, I wasn't expecting too much.

Not often costumers are considerate of the members of McDonald’s staff. It is an immense pity. They all deserve more appreciation.Today, Giuseppe was the highlight of my experience at McDonald’s Wandsworth whilst eating in.Friendly, concerned about my satisfaction and also informative as he helped me to get a voucher for the next time I’m back!We need more people like Giuseppe!Thank you again!

Worst customer service and customer care given... can't say all will be like that but on my visit 0 thoughts were given, arogant and was like my presence there upset them :). Anyway, drinks were washed down, dispenser machine was running out of flavour and they kept sending them down almost plain water.That's being said I will avoid this branch from now on.

The only place where one can relax with all the good food. And friendly staff. I went seven times, the prices were great, I had a great time with my friends.

In the last few months this restaurant has completely dropped in standards. Coffee is half filled. Service is woefully slow at peak times. Fizzy drinks served flat. Staff don't thank you for your order. Just cuick food up Infront of you. Most recently I got a chicken wrap and they forgot the rest of the ingredients 🤣 come on guys please go back to how it was

They have fast electric car charging here which is great (please install more! You often have to wait a few minutes to use them). Food has always been through the drive through, been quick, hot, what you'd expect from McDonald's, I'm sure we'll return again.

Late night drive through, very busy, food was kinda packaged a bit awkwardly but can't complain, it's hot and tastes just like... McDonald's! Chicken nuggets seemed freshly made.

At the moment, my experience of visiting at night, is that the drive thru queue goes past the mini roundabout (just outside). But it does generally move very quickly.
