After one hour of placing an online order I received a call saying they don't have all the items and I ask to sub and after 1 hour and 30 minutes after placing the order they just cancelled the order. Don't waste your time trying to order online, you will be very disappointed as well.

Great quality food delivery is a complete joke though but food is 10/10 with out a doubt one other thing it states open till midnight and 1am it 100% is not

Charming and very friendly staff, the shop is clean, tidy with plenty of seating space inside and out. The ice creams are actually reasonably priced and offer quite a wide range of flavours and options

The prices do not reflect what you get at all.Firstly, Just-Eat messed up royally with the delivery, that is on Just-Eat. Credit where credit is due, this place managed to get the items to us in decent quality; the cookie dough(s) and crepe were warmish and the ice cream was not melted (despite Just-eat assigning us a driver, and then the driver just not existing).My biggest gripe has got to be the quantity you get. I wanted to treat my family to a late treat and felt so embarrassed handing them their pathetic meagre rations when it finally arrived. It was not cheap and this was with a discount on Just-Eat! The price for this does not match the quality or quantity you get. A cookie dough was just 4 really small ones, and the 'Crepe' was indeed singular and not just a typo on the menu.I have used Creams and Kaspas in the past and wanted to go for somewhere different, to help out but also to try somewhere new, now I just wish I had walked to my closest convenience store and picked up a pint of ice cream instead.

The carrot cake was hard, dry, and stale. The chocolate fudge cake was dry -it was mainly just chocolate cake. Expensive and overpriced for the size and quality you get (£6 per piece). It took an hour for my order to arrive and I'm only down the road

It tasted good but can't help to feel gutted to pay £7.5 for this tiny tiny unappetising amount of cookie dough. The waffles are more generous at least

It used to be very good, I have just made an order and it came cold (which it’s not their fault I know it!) and with just a bit of chocolate on the top. I ordered 2 Nutella waffles and we can barely taste the Nutella on it. A shame really, I won’t order again.
