Nando's - Balham in Wandsworth

Great service. The food was delicious. Piping hot. Staff were friendly and the whole experience was great. . Well done to the Balham team who gave a 5 star service on a very busy night.

I had the Fino pitta-hot with peri chips, it was very tasty but the service was awful. They took ages to bring us menus, there were no clean knives, forks or glasses so we had to wait for them to bring more, which took a while. Also took away 10 wings -hot. Food was good, service was awful.

Tasty Chicken and Chips. Nice selection of unlimited Soda. Great comfortable table and premises. Awesome friendly, helpful and professional service from Luigi and the crew. Nice temperature and very clean inside. We are keen to return.

Reesha and Taj, I am very pleased with their service. They were very attentive and kind. They were sure about what to do. Asked how was the food. Giving a good environment. Food on time and quick.Despiting that now we have to order online. I find a bit not worth it. However their service made my day! I use to be a waitress and love it. I think they are the rigth people to serve. They smile and happy. Energetic.Thanks for you 2. Served me and my dad.

Visited last Friday afternoon. Food order was "on point" Team members were so welcoming and accomodating. " In particular "Taj" ( hope thats how you spell his name)We were a large indecisive group. He had great patience, sense of humour, service with a smile.Will be back again.Zena

Luigi is a fantastic waiter ! We will continue to come back to this Nando's as long as Luigi is working. This man deserves a pay rise ! Excellent food too!

Sam and the family visited this weekend for a third time this month as the quality, service and cleanliness drew us back. We go to other branches but this one is our favourite. Stephen the manager, Caroline and husband the other manager have always been very accommodating esp as I don't have dairy and we always go in a large group but this branch does not make us feel burdensome. Love it and will keep on going . Thanks to all the friendly staff

I only ordered a 1/4 chicken as my reward card points was about to expire. Chicken came cold, so the manager took it away and brought a fresh one and it was luke warm. Didn’t complain again as staff are friendly plus it was free. Ice machine broken 😞 and I love ice! Please get it fixed.

Can’t beat a cheeky Nando’s… Staff are very friendly, food is good. The restaurant and loos could do with a better clean however as feels a little on the grubby side.

Was here for lunch on Saturday, it was a pleasant experience. Customer service was average but the young asian girl was absolutely lovely. So bubbly and friendly, she made our day. The food could be improved upon, the chips tasted like they were reheated. Hopefully the next time I come the chips taste more fresh.
