Nando's - Battersea Rise in Wandsworth

No service no cash . Soft chicken filled with water. Dirty tables. Lost the plot.. such a great l9cation i think they've become very lazy.

I’ve been here twice and both of my experience was great and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good food and services in a cute and cozy atmosphere

It's Nandos so this isn't a review of the food but on the day we visited, the service was shambolic. That's not to say that the staff weren't friendly and helpful (they absolutely were) but they clearly lacked any kind of effective management and were running around like headless chickens while achieving very little. If this was an independent restaurant instead of Nandos, I don't think they would get much repeat business.

Good value tasty food. The chicken, coleslaw and fries were really nice! Good attentive service today too!

had the most amazing experience being served by the manager Flo. She is honestly the nicest and most pleasant person ive come across in a very long time. She makes the experience of eating out very lovely

Staff were very welcoming with good customer service. Our meal was lovely. Thanks Team Nando's

Honestly was an amazing experience. Took my friends here to try Nandos for the first time and they loved it. The staff was incredibly lovely and the manager was amazing (Alex 1/2 Italian 1/2 Romanian). Please tell the whole staff thank you!

Slightly disappointed that no staff were wearing a face mask, did speak to manager, who stated they did not have to wear one.I was glad I ordered a take away, as I know I would not of felt safe eating in, regardless of customers not wearing which is understandable As they are dining in. food ok but not to the standards I am use to. I want to support most places in theses unsettling time'sUnfortunately Nandos that I like will not be one of them

Came here on Tuesday night for a quick dinner and my god was it far from quick. I have never been to a worst Nando’s, the service was SO SLOW, I waited for 30 mins for 1/4 chicken, every customer in there were waiting just as long if not longer and it wasn’t even busy. It’s weird how when you ask, suddenly your food comes out in the next 5 - it’s like they forget about all the orders because none of the food is even hot.The table of three women next to be ended up getting free dessert because they waited so long- great they got that but it obviously wasn’t a one off instance. The manager looked surprised that customers hadn’t received their food, I’m not sure how they’re managing since there were quite of lot of staff for a Tuesday night. I also don’t know how they’re making the chicken so dry as well, I’ve literally never had a worst dish and this is always my go to.I would never visit this branch again, it looks like this a regular issues according to the rest of the reviews.

An absolute disgrace of a waiter. I have never seen such attitude and disrespect by ALEX. To be told I have no time to hear your complaints and waved away is the epitome of bad service and behaviour. If he were busy I would understand ,but to catch him standing around, singing and messing around with other staff In the back room while we wait for something as simple as cream for 10 minutes is an insult and a blatant show of no care for his customers . I had to get out of my seat 3 times to ask him for the cream while he was busy putting on a show. Two people however who were over immediately to apologise for ALEX’s disrespectful behaviour were FLO, who to be honest is a ray of sunshine . Great customer service , always smiling and attentive. The second being the manageress also was very apologetic and understanding and we appreciate that , thank you ladies.
