Nando's - Tooting in Wandsworth

Disappointing service, ordered the food via the app, but they didn’t bother to bring cups to the table, I had to constantly keep asking for drinking cups for the cokes we had ordered.The cutlery was dirty, I put 4 forks and knives to the side as they still had food particles on them and where not clean.The food was nice, therefore I gave it three stars.I normally go to the Shepherds bush or Kensington Nandos and the service at Tooting was appalling compared to the them.

Went to the Tooting Nando’s for lunch. Staff were rushing around, the shop opened late. Not very attentive and the food was cold, also the drinks machine ran out of Fanta and they weren’t really bothered. Staff did not check with myself and my colleague if we were ok. Will not be coming back to this branch. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Came in here with my sister and nephew on Sat March 19 2022. The food was good and the staff were fantastic: responsive, friendly and keen to make sure we had a good time. We felt as though we had been really well treated.

I’ve ordered takeaways from this Nando’s branch few times and it’s always a hit. I usually get the same food and it always tastes the same - delicious. Food is ready on time, staff are helpful and welcoming. I’m pleased with my experiences with this restaurant

Majority of the time it's a hit! Can be a miss if they're too busy in there, I feel the service and quality drops slightly then. Overall a good enough Nandos chain. Especially as it's the only Halal one local to me.

Came to this Nando's with my family for the first time in years. We were a large group - 9 adults and 1 child. From the go, Amani was so helpful and welcoming. Admittedly we arrived half an hour to closing time, but she still seated us and didn't make us feel rushed at all to finish our food. She was really kind, and constantly went above and beyond for us. The other staff were very helpful and friendly too.Thank you Amani and to the rest of the staff for making our experience warm and one to remember. We will definitely be returning, but hopefully not so late in the night again! :-)

Me and my sister came here to eat after some time along the broadway. It was our first time at this Nando’s branch and we were very happy with our visit. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming! We were seated immediately. Our food came quite quickly and was cooked to perfection. We were quite shocked how nice and smooth our experience was.

Only giving this 2 stars because the food is consistently good. And the South Asian lady working the counter this Friday night was friendly and helpful. However me and my guest got here 45 minutes before closing time. Booked online a table and was told a table would be ready for us in 10. We saw another couple come in at the same time get a table and 2 minutes later a lady said we cannot eat in as the restaraunt is closing and it didn't matter that we had booked a table. Even though we were in the waiting area all that time. Really dissapointing customer service and Nandos got it wrong. The lady didn't bother to apologise or accommodate even though we had waited 15 minutes when online it told us our wait would be 10. Other guess were still eating when we walked by 30 minutes later. Really odd service.

Two visits in a week. First visit was alright.Second one was worse. Food didn't arrive till 35 minutes, we had to ask for the food, then it arrived and was cold already. Think was just left for someone to serve but no one bothered. One black waitress was very rude, we were not finished she came and asking can I remove the plates. Have also noticed she was rude with others also.

Just one word - Amazing !! I loved this restaurant. Whole halal menu. We had butterfly chicken and chicken thigh combo for 2 and simply loved it. Amani provided us with amazing customer service. She was keep checking on us if we need anything. I took my niece there and she took care of her as well. Helped us with selecting what to order. I would definitely recommend this Nando's to everyone. Great job Amani and team. You are awesome !!
