Pizza Hut in Wandsworth

Best pizza from my area. Hot and fresh all the time and friendly team. Well done!!! 👍🏻

Always a pleasure to come to order from this branch. Amazing staff, pizzas are always delicious and ready on time. Also, the lunch time deal makes me happy, really good price for that!

Honestly the worst pizza I've had from any pizza place in quite while, I mean how do you make a margherita pizza so badly!! Was so greasy the bottom of the box and somehow the top of the box aswell was covered in grease! I would say the best part of my order was the cherry Pepsi but even that was flat! So the best thing was the bbq dip!..also to mention my order turned up nearly an hour later than was first stated and god knows what the pizza was transported in because it was like the delivery driver had the box on an angle as most of the cheese slipped to one side of the pizza!...100% will not order a pizza from here again!

Online times are wrong . Also wrong time on the Pizza Hut online ordering service . Ordered and they said 12.15 collection. Turned up and they had no idea about the order. This could have been sorted with an apology ( because everyone makes mistakes, right?).However, no apology , anyway, waiting with 2 children for pizza in the rain now. So a 1 hour wait between order and collection 🤯. No idea how good the actual pizza will be when we eventually get it.

It's not my favorite pizza hit in terms of the pizza . I like the oily crispy ones and this one is healthy pizza hut🤭, so a bit drier. Some branches eg wandsworth and Kennington I think are the one who deliver to stockwell. Still have the old school fat oily crispy and fluffy pan pizza hut. But staff always polite food always on time and order always right. Thanks No complaints here obviously 😉

Disgusting Pizza Hut and should be shut down. Staff are walking around the kitchen and handling food whilst on their mobile phones. A short little chinese woman was doing this constantly. There are cobwebs on the wall and the place is super filthy. I ordered a Margarita and paid with my card but after I witnessed such vile food hygiene, I cancelled and received a cash refund. Staff do not cover their hair nor do they wear uniform. One member of staff had his outdoor coat on. The place is nasty and I'm surprised that Wandsworth council allows this. I made a recording of what I witnessed and have a good mind to upload it to social media. Absolutely shocking.

The pizza arrived over 30 minutes later than initially stated (total waiting time 1 hour 25 minutes). The reason for the rating was because the pizza did eventually arrive and was not completely cold as people stated in other reviews, if only I read the reviews prior to ordering then ordering from this place would certainly be out of question.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER!!!!!!! I have been calling the place for over an hour because they sent me the wrong order and the pizza wasn't cooked properly it was soft and soggy. Its ridiculous it says to call the branch directly online but no one answers the phone!!!!!

The food here is not the greatest. Nachos was probably the only thing I sort of enjoyed from here. Didn’t take a pic of it because I waited 45 minutes for my food to be ready after I ordered it in store. There is only one person in the store and he serves the customer and makes the food at the back. Also, he didn’t take my colleagues order for 15 mins because the guy serving thought my colleague would eat my food too. He had to be told that my colleague wanted to order food too. Very poor customer service and food came late both the times I have been there. I would not recommend going there if you are hungry!

1. Order incorrect and delivery driver said, "nothing to do with me, I just deliver what they give me in the bag, call them", then called me 'brother' and expected a tip. Wow.2. None of the pizzas delivered were italian base as requested3. None of the pizzas delivered were cooked, they were soggy and slimy, even had toppings I didn't ask for and that aren't on your own menu - Veggie Sizzler does not have chopped tomatoes!4. One cookie dough missing, the other was burnt black, when calling them they were reluctant to do anything about it until I insisted they take back the burnt one and replace it5. No idea who they have working here but there are basic food safety standards clearly not being met. Makes sense now why the branch was closed down for a while and what the reasons might have been.Have taken the complaints up with Pizza Hut directly instead now. Thanks for a ruined evening.
