Speciality food store! If you have dietary restrictions this is the place for you! Yes it’s pricey, but special vegan, paleo, keto etc is pricey. It’s only slightly more expensive than whole foods and has soo many options like chestnut flour, vegan cheese And sauces, grain free bread, organic grass fed meat etc

Lots of great products, good vegan choice. Have to mention though that the coffee I bought there last week was the worst coffee I've ever tasted.

Thank you very much for wrapping the jars so carefully. Not many companies take so much effort with proper packaging. Great variety of products. I would recommend to everyone.

If you’re not to worried about how much organic product cost, it’s a great place to shop, dine, etc. Great etiquette team! Brilliant Customer Service as always.

Came in today to get a juice, very happy, the two ladies were very polite and everything was done quickly even though they were busy.Great quality juice too, bit pricy but would definitely come back.

All the employees are very helpful and friendly, apart from one lady whom I assume must be a manager as she bosses her staff and is very rude to customers. It has put me of shopping here as I felt embarrassed by her rudeness towards me. Shame because the others are very nice and I’ve been coming here since it opened. Looks like I will be taking a trip to clapham junction instead.

I've been visiting the store for 7 years since it opened, and at first it had lovely helpful staff, but recently, the staff seem quite moody, as though they don't enjoy working there. Someone in the beauty section huffs and puffs when I go to pay, but isn't that their job! Some of the customers have been quite rude as well, especially around the checkout area, as no-one quite knows where to line up. Might have to buy the organic products from elsewhere as the energy is quite draining here.

Excellent selection of truly natural & organic food, health and beauty products. Store is very well organised and sections are clearly marked. Hot food bar 🍽 has very healthy and exceptionally tasty options. Lots of fresh gluten-free and vegan pastries as well as brewed coffee ☕️ and exotic flavours like coconut oil & charcoal espressos. Lots of plug ⚡️points in the seating area of café. There’s even a gym 🏋️‍♀️ upstairs.
