Ordered for a work event - the staff here were so helpful in assisting us to get a big order together, they were really flexible on delivery time too, and we even got a free salad and drink thrown in for the event:) The food was really reasonably priced, and it was delicious! Really well cooked and lovely!!

The best place I've ordered from. 10/10 I highly recommend. The chicken bhuna was incredible, so rich in flavour. Definitely ordering it again (I suggest you guys order the mint sauce too- amazing) So many wonderful colour and flavours

I ordered from this restaurant via Hungry House (HH).Ordered at 19:42 for eta of 20:30. Eta immediately changed to 20:53 on acceptance.Nothing had arrived by 21:00, so I called up the restaurant and was told my food was on way.21:25, still nothing, so I called the restaurant again and was told it's 5 minutes away. I asked them that if it left 25 mins ago, surely it would be cold, but they hung up the phone on me mid sentence. I'm now fuming.21:45, it's now been over 2 hours since the order was made, it's 75 mins since initial expected delivery. It's been 45 mins since they said it was on way. So I called the restaurant again and was told it's just left 2 minutes ago. I don't like being lied to - had I been told the truth at 21:00, I could have cancelled and arranged an alternative culinary option.21:50 I raise the issue to Hungry House and they contact the restaurant direct. They say they are being lied to and the restaurant doesn't appear to be taking the situation seriously. I'm told to give it 10 minutes before HH call me back.22:05, my food finally arrives. It's edible albeit luke warm, not hot. 2hrs and 23 mins after I ordered it. 1hr 35mins after initial eta. 65mins after I was told it was on way. Disgraceful.Disclaimer - the restaurant did give me a 15% refund and included a bottle of beer in the order. HH also made a small refund (in the form of a credit I doubt i'll use after this experience). I do not see this as a good result, in fact it's a insult, it angers me that the restaurant will have made a profit from this. Such small token gesture shows they do not take this seriously - if it were my business I would have refunded any profits, even taken a hit on it. To profit from such service is criminal.I had to eat exceptionally late, wait 2hrs and 23 mins for food to arrive (I live a 10 min walk away) and risked the alternative of having no meal that evening (cupboards were empty - hence the takeaway). I had no choice but to accept the order and still end up £23 out of pocket. My experience with HH and this restaurant ruined my evening as I spent most of it chasing the delivery up. I had to pay for that experience!I rarely write bad reviews as I know the potential damage it can do to small businesses, but in this instance I feel so badly treated and angry, I feel the story needs to be shared.

Ordered onion bhaji, pilau rice, poppadoms and dips. Arrived quickly, hot. All fine. Other half's main was chicken karahi - OK but chicken not seared, not browned, bit soggy tasting. My choice was buttered chicken - I got a korma delivered. Called and called them, phone busy so I wrote to them via their own website, as they encourage you to. Meanwhile I ate a poppadom and a bit of bread and rice. So hungry that I scraped the incredibly sweet and nutty sauce off two bits of chicken and ate them, soggy, sweet, a bit weird. No response from restaurant. Three days later, still ignored. I've been polite and courteous, they have not. They have taken our money for the wrong food and not bothered to respond to my complaint, so because of that, which I regard as total lack of respect for me as a customer, I am giving the lowest score possible and recommending you do not use them. Doesn't matter to me if some bits were fine, which they were to be fair, the main course was wrong and inedible to me as a customer and they have completely disregarded me since our money has been in their bank account. Apparently the customers who have food delivered who they don't have to look in the eye don't rate too much with this place. Will not use again. PS - I threw up two hours later. Who knows why?

Not sure what to make of some of the reviews below but the PT is definitely a hit with the locals. They've definitely never let me down! We had a booking of 20 after work on a busy Friday night and it was one of our best curry nights out. Really looked after us, the owner is a local legend so we'll be back for more!
