Lovely restaurant location. Staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Food quality excellent and actually the best shisha I have had in a long time. Definitely worth a revisit as the outdoor seating has pleasant views.

It was my first time here. Had a warm welcome from our waitress Hasti. She recommended some good shisha favours. The Shisha was made exceptionally well. We were not allowed upstairs due to refurbishments being carried out. However, the owner allowed us to see the progress that had been made and I can assure you it will look amazing once it's been completed.We had an unexpected customer that walked in drunk but was removed in a polite and professional manner. Well done guys! Hope to see you all soon.

Food was delicious and full of flavour. Decent portion sizes and fairly priced for location.Service could’ve been better: requested window table in advance and even though there were free and unreserved tables available, we were not seated there. Disappointing as having the river view was the main reason of visiting this restaurant.

Decided to go to this place as my friend recommended to be amazing . Location is really nice and nice decoration. We went upstairs as there was no room downstairs. We order our food and then the waitress said you need to order shisha otherwise you can't stay here on the second floor you can eat and have shisha but it needs to be included. We don't smoke so we asked where we could go she pointed downstairs. We went downstairs and the manager said we will have half an hour to eat as people have booked it. Mind you upstairs was completely empty we asked what's wrong with upstairs she said no unless we get shisha but she said that she will make us comfortable outside. Outside with 3 degrees I highly doubt it we are not dogs and our order would have been 120 pounds I guess they didn't want our money . All for the best we went to the best Lebanese I knew yamal alsham oh much better than that one better service and weekend they have live music 🎶will never go again hope the owners of palm Riverside know that their manager is waste of money rude and not at all polite but it seemed that this is the direction of the higher management oh well they lost us to a better competition

Amazing food and Great customer service. Staff really friendly.

Location lovely as it’s on the river front. Food nice, however, customer service is a let down.. asked for water, this never came. Had to ask for the bill 3 times! In the end we had to stand up and call absent minded waitress to get the bill, terrible as it wasn’t even busy and the staff we could see were just congregated in the bar area inside chatting!

Good selection of Lebanese food. The hummus is not very authentic and a little.too tangy but the mixed grill was tasty. The rice with vermicelli could have less cinnamon but the staff are friendly and the food came in a timely manner.

Tasty food and great spot if you’re looking for an amazing view! We ordered an array of meals all with positive reviews. The chicken was definitely a favourite, along with the accompanying chilli sauce. Great spot, even better prices.
