Consistently great food, great service and great atmosphere. Food is delicious and staff always give excellent customer service. We would highly recommend this place!

Steak was OK, not the best as it used to be.Overall experience ruined by horrible service. Total of 3 people working on the restaurant floor on a Saturday evening!! Food took 1hr 30mins to come after ordering (it was not that busy, several tables were empty). Tables not being cleaned after people had left, at one point there were 4 tables uncleaned, and people waiting at the door for a table. Had to keep reminding them about drink and food orders just so they can bring them! Food being brought out one by one. I got my steak but the sauce didn't come till later so couldn't start eating! Ridiculous service making the overall experience rubbish

The pictures do not do it justice!The steak was better than I expected. It was cooked properly and very tasty, the flavour was on point, and the fries were crisp to perfection.They also had lamb chops which came out sizzling and cooked perfectly! I will definitely come here again.

Came here because I wanted some nice steak, they served it nice in a hot plate, but the drink I didn’t get a glass and I was shocked because I had to keep pulling my straw out. Just one dessert option and zero alcoholic drinks. I found very poor. I won’t come back 😞

A small Steakout but you get what you expect here. It was the first time I ordered ribs since they changed the menu and I have to say the ribs were done perfectly. The portion size is smaller now, which is reflected in the price but its considerably easier to eat.Would definitely recommend for a nice meal out.

It was ok . But used to be better food when I last went 2 years ago. Steak was better then. Only complaint is that the mash potato & mushroom sauce in small bowls. Actually those portions aren't enough. But they don't fill the bowl enough either. Mushroom sauce recipe seems different too. Didn't taste of mushrooms. Refurbishment, is better and better seating. Lovely staff. 👍

Was nice and spicy like the way I wanted . Their combo meals are cheaper instead of u ask for extra sauce you pay 2.50£ so better to ask the sauce on the side with the meal . Rest taste wise was good potions were good ,staff friendly .

I've been here many times before and wasn't always happy with the service. However, under new management, I must say the experience was 10/10. The customer service, attention to detail and the quality of the food was impeccable. I will be returning again soon and recommending it to friends and family too. If you are unsure about what to order, just ask the staff they are very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended!

The food was tasty, the waitress was amazing looking after my kids, me and the wife. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be going there again.
