I love this coffeehouse, elegant and high quality, the only negative thing would be that they don’t have WiFi, even my 4G is too weak there. In my case I enjoy reading news, replying my emails and chat with some friends while I’m having my coffee, and can’t do that there. Get WiFi and I’ll visit you more. Peace

Very good, albeit very pricey, coffee from charming baristas. Can't use laptops and seating area for coffee-only customers is limited/uncomfortable... doesn't make for a welcoming experience. I'd only return during warmer months where the outside seating areas just about justifies the price.

I had a flat white and a vegan banana muffin. The coffee had a unique taste which I've never tasted before. The muffin was really good too!! Definitely recommend to try this place 😃😃

Coffee & atmosphere is lovely, with great choice of food, for an artisan cafe! However I am prob 1 of many dog owners that would love this to be dog friendly. As a new local getting to know my cafe stops on a dog walk, I was so upset to find this was NOT dog friendly. A shame I will have to go down to York road in future :(

Having been in and tired on a few different occasions, and while the coffee and food (when they have the kitchen open) is ok. Nothing special and overpriced. It is massively let down time and time again by the staff and awful customer service. Very rude. I dread to think about the management.Not very comfortable inside or out with a air of the need to rush, judgement and smugness from behind the counter. Probably will not be back, which is a shame as it has potential. Better options in the nearby area / Old York Road which I would recommend more. It also has a 1 star food hygiene!

Poor customer service. Not baby friendly at all.While we were ordering coffee we been ask to put our stroller with the baby right next to the door and sit on the different table.The batista was a reasonable guy. As I said when there is enough space we will move. Although there was two empty tables but not next to the door.I got also a muffin which was old and hard like a stone, when we mentioned the lady there was no reaction, she just removed it, didn't even apologise.

Wot a lovely place to be, especially when the sun is shining. Latte was delicious and luscious frothed with beautiful latte art! The Baristas were a cheerful lot! Thanks guys!

Absolutely love Story Coffee and can never just walk past! Coffee is always spot on and the merch selection is pretty damn good too! All your coffee needs sorted here! Food is delicious too! Staff very friendly & knowledgeable
