Great service. I'm currently in crutches and the waiter opened the door and even pulled out my chair to allow me to sit. Also, byob, we didn't drink but great place to save £20 on a bottle of wine

Lovely authentic restaurant, with a BYO alcohol policy. Food is cooked well and presented well, with great taste. Music at a lovely level so you can hear each other. Only criticism is that the restaurant got a little smokey at times whilst they were cooking certain dishes. Good service and staff explained dishes for us. Would recommend.

I’ve been to this place twice in the last 3 weeks despite living in Balham all my life. The quality of food is amazing but the service is even better. Thank you for being consistent it’s very rear these days. The vibe, music and staff are fantastic. Keep up the good work and I’ll see you soon for another lamb shank!

Went here for Valentine's Day, didn't realise they had a special set menu with either a meat, fish or veggie main but we were delighted with the food!!A 4 course menu with sharing in mind, we struggled to finish the deserts.Service was a little rushed but we didn't mind as had other plans for the evening.Overall, I'll be returning to try their standard menu another day :)

They have everything on point in this restaurant… the decor, the ambiance (lighting, music ect), the food. Everything was perfect. So happy we found this restaurant, loved it all. Bring your own bottle if you want booze which is great as you can save a ton. Went with two others they too loved the place and food. Honestly can’t fault it in anyway. Looking forward in going back! Thanks guys ☺️✨

Went here last night, the food is genuinely just sensational. It can take a while to get your food but it’s because they are always busy. It can also be quite loud, so if this isn’t your thing try and get seated upstairs because they seat a large table downstairs and it can be intense because of the low ceilings. Lovely people with a good sense of humour who work there - you’ll be dreaming of this place when you next fancy Moroccan food!

Brilliant atmosphere, excellent attentive staff, fabulous food. BYO wine. Tagines are lovely, the lamb was so tender and well spiced. Had a couple of starters and a couple of desserts between 3 of us which was perfect. There's s Sainsbury's and a very good wine shop just up the road to get your drinks from. Book a table if going there peak times.

Beautiful and unique restaurant! The service is brilliant and really friendly, and food was amazing. We had lamb tagine, chicken pastillas, and the grill meat and everything was really tasty, highly recommended.

What a gem in Balham! The food is great, and very reasonably priced for the quality. The restaurant is cosy with a good atmosphere and classic Moroccan style interior. Friendly service, and with BYOB options it makes a great evening out at reasonable prices. Outdoor seating with good heaters. Can highly recommend!

They don’t serve alcohol so we had to go buy some wine from Sainsbury’s nearby. It would have been nice if they’d told us when we booked so we could bring something nice from home. It doesn’t say on the website either. But no corkage fee so that was a plus! The atmosphere is really lively - it was nice but just to note that it’s not a quiet romantic dinner sort of place. Especially because we were sitting outside by the road, i found it a bit difficult to hear my partner(who is quiet) across the table. They have heaters for sitting outside which kept me very warm.Pictures are of the lamb shank. Very tender and nice with cous cous. We had roast pepper dip to start and was very full without any sides or dessert.
