One staff member literally told us he doesn’t care that there isn’t any table for us. Although he was rude I decided to go back again just to try the food and it was disappointing. Bland, cold in the middle, nothing really special I’d definitely not go back again due to the rude staff and food quality.

How hard is it to make a burger. £13 plus £1 for a slice of yellow square cheese and an additional £1 to swap to sweet potato chips. Bun not toasted, meat over cooked and dry. Top of tomato used, again dry and thick slice of dry red onion. The wine has left me with an upset stomach and the place is so noisy. Never again. Terrible place.

A really lovely pub inside. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was a bit lacklustre however. Had the nut roast with a Yorkshire pudding on the side. The roast was mostly lentils with some veg (tasty enough, but nothing scrumptious) and the Yorkshire pudding was a bit tough and tasted burnt. Also, they were out of the mezze platter (we were the first seating of the day), which was disappointing. Will be back, but maybe just for a drink!

Went back here for lunch in January 2022 enjoying a fantastic experience. Outstanding service and helpful staff when we visited. Food was delicious too making for a great day. Last visited here years earlier and the pub is as good as ever. Has a sizeable main area including the bar, with a lovely dining room out back. Also some outside seating in front for warmer days. Thank you to all the Bolingbroke team, you are awesome!

Nice neighborhood Gastro pub at the end of Northcote Road. Friendly service, a local mixed crowd with families. The party crowd prefers other places. Lovely for Sunday brunch/lunch. Great roasts and some veggie alternatives.

Best Sunday lunch in SW11 and surrounds! They do a brisk trade so everything is always fresh, and they normally have a couple of specials. Kid friendly. Extra seating in the lovely bright back room. Experienced, competent staff. Great job!

We had a truly terrible meal here on Sunday with potentially the worst roast potatoes I've ever had, bland instant gravy, a stale burger bun and a Moving Mountain burger that was smaller than the usual and strangely tasted unlike the Moving Mountain burger I've eaten many times before... The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I've had a good meal here previously and I hope that they can get their act together again. To top off Sunday's experience I left my bag under the table and they kindly put it behind the bar for me - apparently in a pool of water because it was soaked through and the wrapping paper and box that I had just bought were soaked and ruined.

Visited this place on 15th August 21. Ordered Sunday roast for the 3 of us, 2 chicken and 1 beef. The food arrived within 3 minutes from when we ordered. The drinks were still not at the table. The chicken looked white and rather boiled than roasted at all. We spoke to the waiter who was disrespectfully chewing gum and returned our food. He insisted that the meal was roasted not boiled. They apologized and asked to choose something else from the menu but was completely dissapointed and left soon.

Very Disappointing. The food took over an hour and a half to come. It was cold when it did. Most of the waiting staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. The food was average at best. We order a kids meal of fish goujons and rice - we got cheap fish fingers in water where it had run out of the rice. Service was included on the bill which we asked to be removed due to the poor service. Very grumpy response to this included a pantomime eye roll from the waitress. I could go on. It was a real let down for an overdue family get-together.

Food was nice, not massive portions but just enough. Atmosphere and price ok. However, the waitresses are really not friendly, in fact I'd go so far to suggest they have an attitude problem, which is a shame as the senior staff were perfectly nice.
