The Bowler in Wandsworth

Super wee bar that I think has been recently renovated.....hidden gem! Open fires, comfy seats and not a bad price for drinks.

Well presented pub with lots of comfy leather sofas and arm chairs. It looked brand new, but in an old style. I asked the bar man and he said it had been refurbished in 2020 during lockdown and they're beginning to build a base of regulars. He promised open fires when the weather gets cooler.

Excellent revamp of this neighbourhood pub. The new owner was extremely friendly & welcoming. The atmosphere & new layout is very inviting & more relaxed (looks great!). We had a beef & chicken Sunday roast- which were excellent, we’ll be back!

Newly refurbished and under NEW management!The last time I visited the Bowler it was a dark and dingy sports bar, I only went once and didn’t return. I heard it had reopened under new management, so I decided to give it another shot. I’m so glad I did as I was blown away with how much it’s improved. A once gloomy pub has now been turned into a light and modern space. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was faultless. I recommend the homemade burger!Thank you to everyone at The Bowler, I cant wait to come back!

Since the refurbishment and new management, The Bowler has changed beyond recognition! The staff are so friendly, the new decor is fresh and welcoming and the food was delicious. Such reasonable prices as well. Will definitely be a regular here for after work drinks. Yay for The Bowler!

Decent pint, pool table, buzzy atmosphere. Good spot for after work on a week day. Weekends are much more quiet, but the food is very good for pub food

Nice Italian food and friendly staff. They also do lunch boxes, really convenient!
