I came here last Sunday for an amazing Sunday roast. I’m here again on a Wednesday for a drink and can’t look forward enough to my next roast- a choice of chicken, pork or beef! I’ll be trying all three!

the staff were very friendly, the service was great, and the pub is beautiful. unfortunately that was it. we went for the burns night. the prices for the set menu were way on the high side considering how small the dishes were, and the menu itself was quite poor, unfortunately it was the only thing that had any haggis on offer that night in the area. i've never understood why pubs advertise for burns night and dont just have haggis as a main dish on the menu. my girlfriend is pregnant, so she has been advised to not eat haggis (even if the amount of haggis was only about a tablespoon worth) so she got the burger. £16 for something that wouldnt look out of place at McDonalds, and it had to be sent back because it was undercooked. lets feeling disappointed and still hungry, having just spend just under £50 for two peoples dinner

My experience in The County Arms was exceptional. Certainly my favourite meal I’ve had in a long time, and beyond amazing service. The staff are all extremely friendly and were constantly at hand to offer assistance or recommendations with food and drink and also I noticed that they were never stood still behind the bar. They were constantly wiping the sides or clearing glasses etc.I spoke to one of the staff members who was particularly helpful who was the assistant manager called Jazz. She made me and my friends have the best night by being super helpful and quick behind the bar making us delicious cocktails. As a bartender myself I was very impressed with her skill and speed. She was great fun as well (witty!) and had tons of great characterisistics Thanks so much to the staff at the county arms for my amazing evening! I will definitely be back soon

We have had a couple of meals here in the last month and both times it has been superb. Accommodating, great friendly service and lovely food. It seems to have had a bit of a staff overhaul, or at least some really valuable customer service training. Thumbs up

Fantastic pub with as the name suggests an out of London county feel. Huge space with a large front area near the bar, a second seating area with fireplace, and out the back a more formal dining room. Plus, huge heated outdoor seating space. Inside is a lovely fitout with the service excellent when I visited in January 2022.

Zak and Sky were absolutely brilliant, some of the other staff were a bit slow which made them stand out even further. Very attentive, friendly and helpful. Them alone warrants a return.

The best Sunday roast around. Great size pub and really nice staff. Of going on Sunday and have a booking past lunch time. Order your roast in advance to avoid disappointment.

Fantastic experience here. Great variety of food with the kitchen and the burger shack giving lots of options. Lite and fresh summer menu with everything we had being delicious. Exceptional range of drinks. All capped off with friendly, engaging and quick service. Really looking forward to returning soon.

5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Wow! I made a booking today as the County Arms is a local, convenient for our plans and we had vouchers, but I had no idea I would have such a wonderful afternoon. The food was incredible, this is definitely not your average pub food. The delightful and helpful Rebecca informed us that they have a new Italian chef. The menu had definite Italian influences but is peppered with multicultural flavours.I had the truffle risotto which blew me away! Followed byPorchetta pork which was fatty but fresh! The balance was perfect. My hubs had tuna ceviche and Asian trout which he described as absolutely delicious. The kids food was also spot on! Very happy chappies. The service was impeccable.I can’t tell you what a surprise and joy it was. Highly recommend
