The food was not worth the price, not a fan of the customer service. The old place was much better.

I do not know where to even start! Their pizzas are the most delicious pizzas I have ever tried - better than Pizza Hut! It’s almost as if you can feel the love put in to make the pizzas and whoever makes them, definitely has a special gift. Moving on to the next best thing…their MILKSHAKES. Their milkshakes are literally to die for, with the various flavours 😋 I guarantee you that whatever chocolate you can think of they’ll have it in a milkshake! I could go on and on but I’ll let you guys see for yourself and decide. Get ready for the best thing your taste buds have ever tasted 🤤

Despite being incredibly busy, remained attentive and provided the same high quality and highly delectable milkshakes I have found myself returning to the lounge for on numerous occasions.If great service, a tasty beverage and a good experience are your things, I’d highly recommend.

Ordered earlier on the SW lounge site. Took my money and then texted 10 mins later saying too busy to deliver and cancelled order with a refund in 3/5 days. Apparently their site is powered by a third party even though it's their responsibility. Be careful ordering from these guys!

if i could give 0 stars i would, ordered from ubereats and received it after half hour to find a hair within my food. Not impressed especially as i thought i’d try somewhere new! Never again

This is one of the worst burgers i have ever eaten it was very sweet and cold when it arrived the milkshakes were upside down in the bag and for what we paid for four burgers very bad like very bad as in i could make better and am kicking myself for not doing so if the chef at the sw lounge would like to be taught how to make a burger then i would be more than happy to teach him. Shisha is amazing. I ordered 2 shisha pots and it lasted well over 2 hours. These lot actually clean the pots and the flavours are amazing so you are guaranteed great taste. The food is amazing & it is halal. Customer service amazing. They do not rush you to go out as they want you to have a great time and enjoy your experience at SW Lounge. Guys thank you for a great time. I will be visiting here all the time!

New local burger house in town and they have done much better than i expected. From the moment i entered it looked contemporary well lit and looks amazing. The colour co-ordination, the wood effect the bar layout, excellent. I was greeted by everyone, they were all jolly and we had a very welcoming feel, seats are comfortable. By far the best shisha I've had through out. Equipment was clean and they use new one time use pipe which gave it a fresh feel and for the first time actually tasted the flavours i ordered sat there for a long time and never felt one bit where they wanted us to leave, everywhere else they rush you out, now to the food. Just wow, the burgers were juicy and perfect every bite. I do not like sweet potato fries but their ones made me like them. Drinks are in glass bottles which i personally prefer and desserts are another wow factor, we ordered the cake and custard, not your ordinary cake it was so soft it took me back to memory lane in the school days and i ordered the cookie dough. No word of a lie, i kept telling them that it was much better than pizza huts. Crunchy on the top soft and gooey middle and crunchy on the bottom it was perfect. I dont usually leave reviews like this long but sw lounge team deserve it. Well done and i will be going often

I had a below satisfactory experience but the people were fasting. I'm guessing if it all went smoothly it's a pretty decent place to chill. Clean. Burgers, fries and shakes were pretty decent. Some food items could improve. Went there to watch the match and it was decent place there. Not huge but big enough.

Best Shisha I’ve had in London , highly recommend Paan with Frozen Apple, you won’t regret it. Halloumi fries and the Cajun fries were spot on. Oreo Milkshake 10/10. Amazing customer service.
