Complete and utter waste of money. I requested fish extra well done due to issues with stomach. The fish came soggy and had loads of white stuff all over it coming through the batter. But the worst part was taking off the batter and revealing all the white gunk and water underneath. The chips were harder then a rock from my garden. I ordered through Uber eats. Also going past it is always untidy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat from here. Fish is not cooked properly and smelt very very fishy like it was off of about to go off. Even my dogs turnt their nose up at it. Never ever again

Do not order from here. Overpriced is an understatement. The fish tastes weird and they are misleading. Ordering the cod and chips together does not work and is misleading. Spent £32 on 2x cod only!There are better fish and chip shops out there with a number to call. Never again!

Best fish n chips in the area! Late night open and good prices! Definitely worth trying!

The worst fish and chips. The chips were dry and hard. The fish itself was ok but you could taste it was not fresh but cooked from frozen. The batter wasn't crispy but seemed to be a glutinous flour making it very rubbery or either was very undercooked.

Not the best fish and chips in the world, but remembers my order between visits with friendly service, which makes it worth visiting. Cash only is a bit of a pain.

absolutely rubbish, chips are terrible dry and nasty and they have the audacity to charge £3 for them in only one size. I never tried the fish and never will now. I've seen so many other reviews like this. Maybe if you sell fish and CHIPS you may want to try make some at least half decent ones. 0 Stars do not go here

Love this place. Whenever we catch the tube back to Southfields, we grab chips to eat while waiting for the 493 bus - which seems to take forever to arrive. This chippy has cheered us up many a time.

Sell frozen chips, not proper chippy chips... avoid.Plus: great friendly service.Negatives: It is disgraceful that they pretend to be a proper fish and chip shop, they are not. They don't cut and peel their own potatoes to make proper chips, they sell the frozen chips you get in any cheap takeaway, and at a high price.It's false advertising. Please either make proper chips or rename your shop...

Wish I can give no stars. Was feeling so hungry and decided to drop in here on my way home. The chips were cooked god knows how many times. So dry . Curry sauce taste of cardboard. Nearly broke my teeth on the fish cakes. Within 2hours of eating this I was hitting the toilet. Classic dirty oil. How are they still open?

I wanted to get myself an ice-cream from this place today.1. Ice-cream was half melted, the scoops have not even held shape.2. One flavour I ordered was a sorbet, but that was not specified anywhere3. The lady serving the ice-cream (in black curly hair) has an atrocious attitude to customers. She acted as if she was doing me a favour that I am spending my money at this place.She even told me off and said: don't show me this attitude.All I did is, I asked if I can pay first before she puts the scoops on.It's difficult to pay and pack a backpack with an ice-cream in my hand. Places like Amorino have never had any issueswith such requests.She also said, she can't do that because she already put the hand gloves on.This was Little Britain Computer Says No customer service.I am 43 years old and long time grew out of showing people attitude. Life's too short for that.Needless to say that I have not enjoyed my half-melted ice-cream and unwanted sorbet.They have lost a local customer. In midst of pandemic, when so many catering places go bust, customers are gold. Not at The Original Fish & Chips London. Here you are at mercy of this awful woman's mood.Horrible place!
