Takeaway arrived quickly but despite living less than 5 minutes away it was only lukewarm. Portion sizes were okay but generally it was all quite bland. Sweet and sour and black bean sauces were quite watery and the only thing the chow mein tasted of was the occasional bit of raw onion mixed into it.

Crispy duck and veggie spring rolls were first class. We’ve ordered from at Tian Tsin a few times now and are never disappointed and the price is great as well as the friendly service. Really sorry to see so many 1 star ratings but I suppose people complain more than they praise.

If I knew about so many bad reviews. I wouldn't be ordering. The Singaporean fried rice was bad and the crispy pork belly wasn't even crispy pork belly. It was so disappointing. Never ordering again

I have eaten Singapore fried noodles on many occasions but never from this place, so this was my first time from Tian Tsin, it will be my last. It was greasy and had a strange taste as if the oil it was cooked in was off or used too many times. The egg fried rice was really bland and the prawn crackers were thin and stale. I will not be returning to this place again.

Terrible food! Crispy lamb was drenched in oil to the point it was sickening to eat, part wasn’t edible at all as it was also over cooked! Singapore noodles had a chemical taste to the noodles, wasn’t spicy at all, probably the worst Singapore noodles I’ve ever tried (didn’t finish it)! Pot noodle has better taste than this! Pork belly had too big a chunks and was not even cooked! Overall complete waste of money! Wouldn’t order again from here! I actually feel sick after the little I’ve eaten! Sorry but this is an honest review! The Tangos was amazing!

The food is quite terrible. Not much taste and everywhere I’ve been to the onions are cooked, in this chow mein they just chop the onion and drop it straight in the dish. Plus I can’t even remember if there was a single piece of chicken! The food is really expensive yet the quality is just appalling, eat somewhere else.

Moved into the area a couple of months ago and decided to try out this takeout place to see if their are any good. I ordered the basic meal like Spring rolls, curry sauce, egg fried rice and prawn crackers and I were very disappointed with the meal...Spring rolls was still dripping oil, curry sauce had no taste or spice, egg fried rice chewy and bland and the prawn crackers were eating like cardboard.I will never return to takeaway place again sadly as I love Chinese meals.

Great Chinese takeaway. I’ve eaten from here a number of times now and think their food is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful - top marks for service. Food is not too greasy and there’s a lot to choose from on the menu. The king prawn udon noodles and lemon chicken are a particular favourites of mine! Definitely recommend!

This is the worst tasting chicken fried rice I’ve ever tasted there is no flavour at all!!! I’m actually upset for my taste buds, they didn’t even put any soya sauce in the rice.

The BEST Chinese takeaway!! Reasonable prices. Great food and Consistent quality of food. I love my Chinese food and am proud to say that I have sampled many a Chinese take away across London!! Tian Tsin however is by far the best I've had!! Granted it does not look that great from the outside, but the proof is in the food!! Oh and they only take cash. (that's the only thing that needs to be improved.)
