Tortilla in Wandsworth

Went to the store for a quick dinner on Sunday 06/03/2022. I was trying to order a beef burrito, the 'store manager' said they don't have beef, only pork and chicken. I told him I need a minute to think and he was extremely rude - kept chasing me, asking me to choose and told me it will take 5 minutes to wait if I want beef. I saw the beef was ready in the kitchen and told him. He just ignored, didn't bother checking and kept repeating '5 minutes, or pork or chicken' - until the kitchen staff also told him that the beef is ready! I asked him so it's not 5 minutes then. No apologize whatsoever - just asked me if I still want the beef with poor attitude, as if the burritos are free. How can a staff with this quality can be the store manager? Is this the service a restaurant should have? Why are we (the customers) being punished?

Went back after long time since the pandemic started. I have shown the loyalty card at the till, but it seemed nobody had ever seen one or could check the balance. So, I was told to take the receipt and write to the customer service to get the points. So, I did but no points or further replies. Thanks!

The food here is great, but on the last 2 visits it feels like they are just adding things to the order total - last time they added the Avacado with me saying no, and today tried to charge me for a large when it was a medium, and said my QR code had been scanned but doesn't show on the account. Seem to busy with deliveroo orders then customers in store

Asked us to give a 5 star rating in exchange for some chocolate churros. Out of principle, I feel that this is poor practice, so the Google star reviews here are overhyped.The burrito was actually pretty good but sadly the churros were chewy and not very good.

This place seems to have come a long way in the last few months. When visiting here previously the staff looked miserable and the food seemed to reflect that. Decided to try again a few days ago and completely different experience this time round. Didn't see a single face the same as last time. Great food and fantastic service this time!

This place is disgusting, food arrived cold (admittedly this could be the drivers fault), but there was a long hair in my food. I would recommend avoiding this place if you dont like eating other peoples hair.
