I ordered a Pad Thai on Deliveroo and probably the worst I have ever tasted. No flavour, bland with a side of burnt bits. Will not order again and not recommend

Very good service from each member of staff. Well presented pates and very good size dishes. Good break for lunch or evening time in a lovely Asian food expired by a Japanese cusine. Thanks

Had bang bang cauliflower which was very salty and oily, the so called "Pad Thai" was not a pad Thai as all. Just a quick bite before the cinema. Both 🥕 & ginger and beetroots & apple juice were the best thing I had.

Well after living in Japan it is hard to find the same taste in the UK. Teriyaki yamitori was very sweet, almost like a candy apple, pork gyoza was highly seasoned and finely minced. Restaurant is clean and very nicely decorated. With Japanese food, less is more, the freshness of the ingredients is the key.

We arrived at 6.01pm placed an order of drinks and food. After 20mins had passed no drinks were brought to the table (we only asked for water), We then had noticed that another table who came AFTER us had been served thier full meals and drinks before us.I went to speak to the host she said “system error” so the order wasn’t put through! So why didn’t anyone tell us? By this time it was 6.35pm no food no drinks! We re-ordered the waiter said another 15mins, there was no sorry nothing! We waiting till 6.50pm still no food had arrived so we left.Awful customer service! Never again

Very friendly staff and nice vegan food, it was before we could set inside, but it was okay to set outside.

“From bowl to soul” says the commercial and always gets me hyped up. But when my enthusiasm meets the reality, that is where the hype ends. Eating in Wagamama, or in this one in Putney in particular, is a experience of mixed feelings. The food looks great, but there is always something weird about it.We had pork buns, and hands down, they were great. Followed by Wagamamas ramen, half cold, with fairly cold egg, with a broth that lacked a bit of a flavour... or soul? But I have to give it a credit for the pieces of pork belly within. They were stunning. My Gf had a steak soba. The meat was just ... not nice.( you know, like when you let the meat mature too long) The rest nicely flavoured standard teriyaki noodles. I would not be so strict about it if it wasn’t for the price. The problem with Wagamama is, it is a diner that tries to charge you as a restaurant. A hybrid of some sort that doesn’t do it well. There are much better places worth the money you are being charged for. I don’t think I will visit Wagamama again for next several months, untill I forget and will try give it a go again. Like I have done 4 times in last 5 or so years and always left .. feeling tricked. Strangely to me, the place was heaving tonight with customers and they all seemed to enjoy the food way more than we did. Perhaps years of work in catering industry made me more sensitive or rather less forgiving to unnecessary mistakes.

Would of given it 5 stars, if not for most the girls toilets being out of order and all the servers chatting at the till when we where trying to get the bill. Food was exceptional best we've had at a wagamama's and the staff where really friendly especially Ashley.
