Wok Express in Wandsworth

I went to my place an order today.All of a sudden she raised her voice and took my money aggressively and through towards the till.I told her to calm down and that I am just a customer but she continued to shout at me. She also delayed my order by 40 mins when there were no customers and didn’t even apologise.I would really not recommend this place.

Staff were friendly and efficient, meal was prepared in less than five minutes, and the food was excellent quality. We'll be trying another item from the menu in the near future. Facemasks required if entering the takeaway. Counter has a large screen in place. Cash only for in person sales.

I AM OUTRAGED, let me explain. I TWO long black hairs in my food after waiting 1 hour for there terrible service. I will never be eating here again because I filled a complaint and kindly asked for a refund or a discount or something shouting down the line they said “NO. We do not do any refunds there was no hairs in your food bye” and hang up. Terrible

I went out to feed my family and ordered here, everything came except one meal, my bean sprouts had a big long hair I’m never ordering AGAIN!!!!!

I have been a customer of this takeaway for many years and i have never had any problem until my order last night which was missing a dish I called to let them know that a dish was missing and I was told it was put in the bag which it clearly was NOT she agreed for me to collect a replacement on arrival to takeaway the lady was very rude and practically chucked the dish at me shouting take it I will never be ordering from this takeaway again !

I went into the shop and asked a few questions about prices and ingredients... After asking about 4 questions the lady rudely told me it's on the menu. I was ready to spend a lot of money that day to give my whole family a nice treat. I was just asking a few questions to know what I would be paying for.After her rudeness I politely said thank you very much, I walked out and I spent my money elsewhere.

I can't believe this place is delivering food. We ordered from here and waited 1 hour. Decided to call them up to find out and they rudely told us to speak to the driver instead and find the number online. I called the driver and he said he never received the order.Next thing I know, they cancelled our order!!!!!I haven't eaten since 11am because I am a key worker and the day I decided to have a takeaway after a long day, they cancelled it and I had to re-order the whole thing and now the waiting time is again 1 hour. They should really be called Shock Express.Never ever ordering here again. Would have not ordered again if i wasn't starving.

Cash only in shop and they prefer it on deliveries. Nearest non charging cashpoint nr bellingham train station across the road. Food is OK. Stamp given if a frequent customer and freebie given every 3rd stamp. Closed on Mondays.

Always excellent food and service. One hundred percent recommend to anyone to try. You'll love it

Ordered chilli beef and had no choice but pay for rice as an extra, when it arrived they were combined as the takeaway box was 80% rice.£8+ for the displeasureDon't use
