Staff, location and restaurant are amazing. The breakfast choice is exceptional. Rooms need some updating.

After a room that just wasnt up to standard staff kindly game us another and this room was fantastic

The Calremont were very welcoming on Christmas Eve to bunch of tired happy actors. They let us stay a long time and were exceptionally polite and friendly.

Super hotel, quite difficult to get a table as it's always pretty busy. Wide range of whiskey and excellent cocktails well worth a visit. Very friendly staff.

Hotel staff very attentive especially klaus night porter sorted us out with early breakfast due to our departure being 6am sun morn relaxing bar/Seating area, plenty of comfortable sofas with sea views. Complimentary snacks with drinks. Tasty bar food. Ambient music excellent vibes. Breakfast superb choices of all breakfast needs quick service. Rooms very clean, bed extremely comfortable. Will definitely return. Good value.

Good location! It took me around 7 minutes walk from the ferry terminal. It is also minutes away from M&S and the banks. Great breakfast and clean room. It’s a 3 stars hotel and I am giving it a 4 stars.

The public areas are air conditioned, comfortable and very well furnished. The hotel is well staffed with smart, efficient and friendly people. The food in the restaurant is superb. We booked a sea view room which was extremely spacious, 2 leather armchairs and a table in the bay window with a magnificent view across the bay. The room was well decorated and clean with a huge, modern en-suite. We visited during a very hot week and the room got very hot despite the fan provided (no air con in the rooms). The bed was very comfortable. Friends staying in standard rooms stated that they were much smaller and hotter.

Nice place if you have a good room. At the back you get frosted glass so you can't see the yard. Never ever had a smaller shower. Turn round and the door flies open. Food and service excellent.

Nice hotel with a great outlook on the promenade. The room was comfortable but somewhat warm. Had to keep the window open and fan running 24/7. The meal we had in the hotel restaurant was excellent as where the breakfasts. Hotel has only just re-opened fully after relaxation of Covid restrictions. The service because of this was a little lax at times but I'm sure that this will improve as they get back into the swing of things. Special mention to Michelle (South African girl) who I believe is the operations manager. Enjoyed a few conversations with her along withy wife. Would recommend without hesitation. Very nice staff,the food is good and excellent location. The rooms are comfortable but not very big and they quickly become too warm.
