This pub was recommended to us by someone in Kirtlebridge. We were not disappointed. Absolutely beautiful food, amazing inside. The portions are great and very good value for money

Passed here numerous times driving to the highlands but recently remebered to stop by for dinner. I can't recommend this place enough. Rustic, full of character, friendly staff and delicious food. We enjoyed it so much we came back the following night. If you're after a good hearty meal, go for the Guinness steak pie! Looking forward to coming back!

Very efficient service...... reasonably priced pots of tea but slightly more expensive than usual items on menu.....the age of the property (EST.1705) is much applauded but Inns that are drenched in history don't need to be kept grubby to drive home the point. A fresh approach to the interior couldn't hurt.

Great lunch and dinner. We stayed overnight. No ghosties but the room was cold. Not from supernatural reasons, just cold. That's why I missed a star out. Had porridge for breakfast and it was delicious! Would recommend but bring warm PJs and maybe a hot water bottle!

A night at The Drovers Inn has been on my bucket list for years now, and last night we did it.What can I say?The setting is simply breathtaking, the food was superb, Haggis, neeps & tatties were awesome and the Scotch Broth was great. Venison casserole .Simply put, the food was brilliant, the beer was good, the staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. The room was very nice, warm and clean. All round an amazing old Inn and well worth the visit. Will definitely be back.Could not recommend highly enough.Only downside was.....We didn't see any ghosts

We have been coming here for 20 years, we love the family welcome the cozy warm clean rooms.Fantastic hot tasty food including a vegan menu.Dog friendly, great base to explore the highlands which there is lots to do.Then come back for your dinner and drinks which they have a great selection to choose from all by the log fire candlelight rustic table what is not to love.Lovely helpful staff who make your stay have a warm family feel.Special thank you to Kim who made our valentines table very special.Thank you Angie for helping me with my wriist which I hurt on the highland way.Thank you to the barman, (sorry forgot your name) who kept those drinks coming, thank you to the chief for the sausage breakfast for our dog Haley who eat the lot. Can't wait to come back in September for our anniversary.Lots of history and tales about this very old inn including the ghost which still walk around and pop up when you least expect it. 👻Highly recommend this place a must on your list for a truly different stay.

Fantastic food after a long walk and welcoming staff. I would highly recommend the steak and Guinness pie with great mash potatoes. Rustic decor on the inside which goes well with the outside look

Great place to stop whilst touring Loch lomond. Great atmosphere from the 317 year old building. It has character looks/feels old and is somewhat quirky. Food is good and the staff are friendly. Would definitely recommend this as a place to visit.

Stopped of for lunch on a tour, what an absolutely lovely pub. £31 for a fish and chips, vegetable burger and chips, pint of tenants and bacardi and coke which I thought I was quite acceptable for the lovely feed you get in a rutile setting of authenticity. Well worth a visit.
